“We recently needed to search for a replacement mattress, and we don't live far from the store, so we dropped in. The staff at Strictly Comfort were amazing. The first time we dropped in, we were also considering a couch, so we sat on all sorts of couches for about 30 minutes. During that time, the staff made themselves available but didn't hover. They just answered any questions we had and faded back into the store again. We knew where to find them and they had an air of helpfulness about them that meant that we felt comfortable asking of them as they bustled about doing this and that. After we were done considering couches, we sought advice on our mattress problem. Adam, the manager of the store, chatted with us about our issues until we had to run off to another appointment. For an unrelated reason to do with my business, I left a business card. A day later, I received a detailed email further drilling down into our mattress issues that was neither pushy nor unwelcome. It was incredibly helpful. Adam had listed what to look for in a mattress irrespective of where we went to do so. A big fan of customer service done right, we returned to the store and tried out all of the mattresses on offer, using the detailed list Adam had provided as a guide. Again, during our hour or more trying out mattresses "properly" (just ask Adam about that), the staff made themselves available but did not bother us once. Strictly Comfort helped us find a superior replacement for our mattress and we have never had better comfort or a better customer service experience. Friendly, honest and considerate, these people deserve all the stars.”
