“Thomson AC saved our burning hides last year during a Fall heatwave. We have an older unit that honestly needs to be replaced, and that's all another HVAC company would tell me when we were visited to get a quote. Wouldn't even think about repairs. So I called Thomson. A technician came out and took a look at our unit. He was on time and clean! They all drive a big Thomson van that I see all over OC, so I can see they get lots of business. Anyway, he took a look at our old work horse, gave us a quote on replacement parts (which weren't cheap), gave us a little break on the price and did not pressure us to purchase a new unit. I would absolutely call them again if my AC breaks again, and if I'm looking to upgrade in the future.”
