“I called BGE HOME because my heating system went out. This was during a prolong freez period where the temp dropped into the low teens. My water pipes also froze. The HVAC tech came down, but because of frozen pipes, he could not service the boiler. He did not charge for the visit and helped turn off various water valves and my gas water heater. He gave me advice on how to take as much pressure off the water pipes, so that hopefully they would not burst. He then made sure I had a tech come down as soon as the temp rose above 32 degrees. The system was fixed, and I also had one of their plumbers come down to repair the water pipe. From the various people I spoke with on the phone to the techs on the job, I have to say they were all professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. On one visit, because I could not get off of work, the tech spent time on the phone with me until he understood the problem and was certain he knew where all the valves in my basement were located. That helped my wife stay calm and not have to try to figure out a hundred year old system of pipes and valves. I was so pleased with their service and pricing, that I signed up for a yearly contract. I have never felt this good about a company in the almost 25 years I have lived in the house. Thanks BGE HOME!”

“In 2011, Kitchens by Victor remodeled a kitchen and 2 baths and built an office for our townhome. The quality of work is superb but there is truly no matching Victor's honesty, integrity, and dedication. He educated us about our home and how to care for it. We particularly appreciated how he offered us choices and suggestions to keep us on budget throughout the project. “During a bathroom remodel we found a leaking shower valve. We completed their online service request form (http://www.myplumber.com/schedule-service/). After 4 days without a response we called and were helped immediately. We also requested a replacement spigot and adding a shut-off valve so it wouldn't freeze. Work: new shower valve, spigot w/shut-off They provided same day service and actually came early. The plumber showed up within about an hour of our service call. He was courteous, wore shoe covers, took time to explain the work and generated a quote in a few minutes. The quality of work was outstanding, the best I have ever seen, and he took the time to explain all work and the new Moen hardware. The only thing preventing a 5-star is the price. I don't mind paying for convenience and quality but $1800 for 2 hours of work is excessive.”

“AirBenders provided us with professional service from start to finish. We had 2 estimates and David was third to provide an estimate. After walking around our entire home. He asked us about our concerns and issues we have with current system. Than he asked us about things in our home if we wanted to make better which we never knew that would be possible. He provided us with a very detailed but easy to understand proposal. We obviously picked Airbenders to do the job, by the way highest price out of the 3 estimates. His team was neat, Clean and worked entire day very efficiently installing a thankless water heater, furnace, air-conditioning system, humidifier; an electronic air purifier, and 3 zone thermostats so we could control temperature independently on each level or our town home. We have had the new system now for a month and we love how the air feels. It feels much crisper, air inside our home seems fresh and my wife is able to breath better with her allergies. David told us it's hard to describe the quality of air with a better system and we would understand once we have it in our home. Now we know what he meant. We would highly recommend Airbenders and ask for David.”
