“I first used DTV to do the telephone and entertainment systems in my Apartment. I found them to be totally professional, extremely capable and they were not only fairly priced but talked me out of some thing that were unnessacary and could be done in easier ways. I was so pleased with their work that I had them update my summer home in Southampton. As in NY they showed up when scheduled and did a terrific job at a fraction of the cost of local tradesman. I recomend then and hope they do not get so busy that I cannot get them when needed.”

“Jeremy was very accessible, explained things in a way that a non-tech savvy person could easily understand, and did an excellent job installing my AV system. Based on his recommendations, I purchased a nice LED TV and accessories and am really pleased with the quality and thought I got a good price without the hassle. Any time we have had issues or wanted to alter or adjust our system, Jeremy has responded quickly and taken care of all our needs--from readjusting our wiring after we did some renovations in the room where our system is, to helping us get out internet to work faster. I would highly recommend him for all our AV needs”

“Best hifi showroom around. Customer for life. Great selection, boutique setting, very personable service. It's a family owned business and the owner is extremely knowledgeable and very fair... doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. Very quick to respond to inquiries, usually within the hour. He was personally involved in my projects from start to finish, including installs. Can't find many places with service like this, and it's good to know it still exists.”

“We hired OSAV to install lutron lighting and shades control in our home. The level of professionalism and technical aptitude is unmatched. We are beyond happy! Since the initial installation we've hired them again to upgrade our wifi and wired network and they really delivered. “Cliqk has been a terrific partner. They helped me decide what smart home technology was right for my summer house (which was built in the early 1900s), and took the time to understand what I was looking for before making recommendations. My primary goal was to be able to properly monitor and control the temperature, energy usage, and security of my house, because I only go there on weekends. We decided on a combination of Nest products (thermostats, cameras and smoke alarm) and an Arlo outdoor camera. They delivered my products to my summer house, installed them all and configured them to work together. They set up my mobile and desktop accounts, created alerts (emails sent to me when movement was detected) and showed me how to use all of the products, so I can properly manage my house during the week. I am so thankful for their insight and hard work. The Cliqk guys were super helpful and very friendly. Would definitely recommend them and use again.”
