“I have worked with Custom Improvement on several projects in my home the largest of which was a complete redo of our media room. They are professional, knowledgeable, extremely responsive to all questions and/or issues and they are easy to work with. They do not try to upsell or make things overly complicated. “We're a 300+ employee print and design company with offices in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. We've worked with Federal Hill Home Theater on multiple projects over the past year, including a new 42,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Lincoln, RI. This project required the mounting of around 20 TVs on various surfaces, including drywall, brick, and concrete block, at low and high heights. FHHTs have always been highly reliable, flexible, on-time, and upfront about all variables. They've often offered us valuable advice, which has improved the overall outcome of the projects. Their advice clearly reflects their experience in the industry, and we've frequently found ourselves in planning meetings saying "let's see what FHHTs thinks is best". FHHTs is our go-to for TV and speaker mountings and A/V related advice. I highly recommend them without reservations for projects big and small.”

Brad Smith's people at Audio Video Design are simply outstanding. They are some of the best technical people I’ve dealt with...I found the attention that we got very focused, very timely. They worked in cadence with the rest of the construction of the home and did a magnificent job over what was essentially a two-and-a-half year project. And they stuck with it every day. “I needed someone to come out to mount a new TV, run wires in wall for my home theater system, and internet cables in wall, then hook everything up. After shopping around and having some people give me quotes, they told me they would have to cut holes everywhere and asked for an outrageous amount of money to do so. I felt very pressured to do the job and kept getting calls nonstop. I had the pleasure of having Smart Guys come out for a quote. Instead of just telling me they need to cut holes , they gave me a great alternative which I never thought of! They also went through how Sonos (wireless speaker system) would work with everything, and were friendlier and more professional than anyone else (also by FAR the most affordable). Their efficient job completion and flexible scheduling made the whole process so easy. I recommend them for ANY job you need and will have them back when I need. Thanks again!!”
