“We worked with Paul from Mantis Design Build on a home restoration project, a turn-of-the-century Victorian farmhouse now in the middle of a neighborhood in Minneapolis. He had a great eye for detail and gave excellent advice on both how to do things right and how not to do them wrong! The project progressed smoothly with all the craftsmen used by Paul completing their portion of the work with skill. Give Paul a chance to look at your project! In the end, you’ll look back and say it was the best decision you could have made as you enjoy the space he created for you.”

“Back in the year 2012 our bathroom was in desperate need of some work. I had 3 estimates done. The first 2 I didn't get a good feeling about, when Greg stepped into our house I knew he was the person I wanted to have do our bathroom. He was so down to earth, honest, professional all around great person!! We were having a wedding in June of that same year. I liked the fact Greg had so many ideas on what we could do things I never would have thought of. They started the job in May and had the job done in time for the wedding. My husband and I were both working at the time and I felt VERY, VERY safe having them here working during the day while we were at work. Building Renewal have done several jobs for us we have also referred him to other people who have been happy as well with the work they do!! We will NEVER have anyone else do the work as long as Building Renewal are in business. The bathroom turn out better than I could have imagined you want this company for your next anything!!!!”

“We were referred to Andy and Sarah by another contractor hired to install granite countertops. We were looking for someone to install a backsplash and our contractor suggested we reach out to ASA for a quote. Andy and Sarah quickly responded to our request, providing a very competitive quote while also helping us with design ideas. We were so impressed with their initial engagement we asked them if they would be interested in some additional work, finishing the interior of our garage. We quickly received a competitive quote and we made the decision to have them complete the additional project. We could not be more pleased with the outcomes with both the backsplash and the work completed in the garage. Andy and Sarah are true professionals. They set a schedule, always showing up on time, did great work and delivered on their promises. Throughout the process they also provided us design ideas/considerations that proved extremely helpful. So impressed with the work that they've done at our home we now have neighbors who are reaching out and requesting that ASA provide quotes for their projects. In summary we are extremely grateful to have come to know Andy & Sarah and are certain we will work with them on future home projects. “My husband and I hired Woodstone to do an entire home renovation on our 1936 tutor home. We did it in two consecutive phases, allowing us to live in the home the entire time. Tim Oskey was available literally 24/7. He is meticulous in every detail. Our project was completed on time and within budget. It has been two years since our remodel was completed, and I still call him if I need anything done or ever have a question about something. I highly recommend Woodstone, and would use them again in a second!”

“Jennifer is a rare talent. She understands design--the geometry of design, scale, color and she understands functionality. What's more Jennifer listens carefully. She has the ability to hear what we wanted in our home and then use the information pervasively in every aspect of our homes interior build out and design. And, the joy of working with Jennifer is she was right on time, and the only budgetary changes made were by us. Jennifer is talented, and she works well with her clients, she is timely and concerned with coming in on budget. A truly rare combination!”
