“We have used Mr Build Dunbar in a variety of smaller projects that have always been completed on time and on estimate. The people doing the work are polite and professional. Using Mr Build Dunbar has made it easy for me in my work around our condo. I know that a phone call will get things done properly and promptly. Over our few years experience we are confident enough that we have just signed a contract for a roof replacement covering two buildings. His estimate was well prepared and competitive. it was simple to understand. They know what they are about and easy to work with.”

“Chad and Mark were great contractors to work with. The process went smoothly from our initial consultation to the end of the project. They kept in constant communication about the progress and ensured we were happy every step of the way. We especially liked that they were able to stay on budget and give us cost saving tips for work we opted to do on our own. Their sub-contractors were also good and everyone cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis. I would recommend 1364 Services Inc. and would definitely hire them again.”

“Grenor Homes firstly are a highly organized crew of builders. They always have very experienced trades working with on site. I painted one of their projects and have to say they were the best contractors I have worked with here in BC. Their site was always kept very clean while work was taking place. Everything was completed to a high standard which made it easy for trades to work in sync. I would highly recommend Dan and Greg the owners of Grenor Homes to anyone who wanted to work with honest, reliable and hard working contractors, both are extremely detailed oriented and both will not except anything less than a perfect job from their workers. If you are looking for a home builder who will make sure everything from start to the finish is completed to the highest possible standard these are the guys who will provide that service. I have seen every side of their work from the early stages to the finish and you would find it extremely hard to hire better contractors anywhere.”

“I have a very unique review of Twin Lions Contracting Ltd as I have witnessed Kevin's growth in the industry since 2007. I hired Kevin when he was an apprentice to re-do my kitchen and build two closets. Needless to say, the work was top notch! I was impressed with Kevin's professionalism and the timeliness of the project's completion. Over the past 5+ years I have been fortunate enough to view a few of Kevin's projects and I have been amazed at the quality and craftsmanship. It is clear to me that Kevin has evolved into a first rate contractor. Kevin will give you an honesty and accuracy (which came in handy when my apartment needed to sell and the project was completed ahead of schedule) as well as team of carpenters/tradesmen that will give nothing but high quality results. I highly recommend Twin Lions Contracting Ltd for any size project! -Matt”
