“We have been involved in two major residential projects with Eric, from Green Point Design, one a new build and the other a major renovation of a Victorian residence. As indicated by the fact we used Eric's services twice, we were extremely happy with both projects and in all our dealings with him and Green Point Design. He is an excellent communicator, as well as a good listener and unflappable in the face of change or challenges. He is both a creative and practical architect, committed to meeting the requirements of his clients and working alongside them in a partnership over the course of the project and beyond. His commitment to and knowledge of the environmental factors of building and design is immense and we are certainly reaping the rewards of a more sustainable house because of this. “Fantastic! After having some thorough conversations with Mick and viewing previous work we established Moloney Architects were the firm for us. We have now been working with them for two years to create our dream home. They has been extremely generous with their time, flexible, enthusiastic and supporting through the different stages of the project. The expertise offered at all times keeps us confidant that we will be achieving the best result for us. They were great at designing a solution aimed at our budget, but still giving us the point of difference we were after. They really took all of our criteria into consideration. Can not speak highly enough of this practice. We have developed what we feel is a lasting friendship and are already talking about what our next project will be, we have enjoyed ourselves that much!”
