The first 2 I didn't get a good feeling about, when Greg stepped into our house I knew he was the person I wanted to have do our bathroom. He was so down to earth, honest, professional all around great person!! We were having a wedding in June of that same year. I liked the fact Greg had so many ideas on what we could do things I never would have thought of. They started the job in May and had the job done in time for the wedding. My husband and I were both working at the time and I felt VERY, VERY safe having them here working during the day while we were at work. Building Renewal have done several jobs for us we have also referred him to other people who have been happy as well with the work they do!! We will NEVER have anyone else do the work as long as Building Renewal are in business. The bathroom turn out better than I could have imagined you want this company for your next anything!!!!”

“Bill can read my wife's mind--he is a stickler for detail and does impeccable work. The Schnettler's run a family business and they always do one level better than what you thought it would be done. Bill built our house for us in Minnesota about 25 years ago. You think you're going to get really good quality and when the Schnettlers do it it is great quality! Even with our landscaping he was able to put up retaining walls coming off of the concrete wall. It was an add on and it looks really good! When building our house he thought "how could we make this more economical--heat wise?" and put in floor heating in the bathroom. He made the house heat efficient in a place like Minnesota where you need it. Bill has been building homes for 25 years and Joe has been doing it with his dad. I'm very appreciative--i've done some work myself and it's so nice to have good professionals like them around. Their subcontractors that they pick and choose do a really good job. Everything is in line and the walls and plumbing are very high quality workmanship. It looks good. While building our home Bill and my wife would talk on a daily basis and he would let me wife know what was going on. If my wife wanted to make changes Bill was very sensitive to that because he understands that people have their own tastes and he makes our ideas even better than we expected. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.”

“Workhorse doubled the size of my sunroom from 10x16 to 20x16, installed a radiant heat floor, finished it off with tongue and groove wainscoting, sheet rock above that, t&g ceiling, tile floor, paint. I was very pleased with the outcome.”
