“Peter and his team designed and built a beautiful forever home for us. He was willing to offer suggestions, but was always more interested in what we wanted. His process with us was not what I would consider fast, but "right" was much more important to us. I hope to live here the rest of my days. I guess my highest praise would be that I recommended my son and daughter-in-law have Peter design and build their next home.”

“Gomillion Construction is the ultimate contractor and would exceed anyone's expectations during a renovation project. As an interior designer, I rely on the professionalism and skill level of sub-contractors to take mine and my client's vision and make it "come to life". Dan Gomillion has become a critical member of my team as he maintains nothing but the highest of standards. He is punctual, makes himself available no matter what time of the day it is, schedules a job seamlessly and keeps a neat and clean site. His communication skills with clients is excellent and no matter what the question or concern, he will always take the extra time to ensure that everyone is working efficiently like a perfectly tuned machine. He is prideful and wants to make sure that the final result exceeds all expectations set forth by the client. I have worked with him on small as well as large scale renovations and the same level of quality, thoroughness and meticulousness is exercised consistently. I would HIGHLY recommend Gomillion Construction for any project.”

“Jim Guggenheim and his crew are amazing. The attention to detail always provides perfection yet never at the expense of his client's budget. The first service Guggenheim provided for me was at my residence in 2006, since then Jim has worked on my new home and my investment properties. The largest project, renovating my time-worn Shaker home. This included removing loadbearing walls, re-routing the HVAC, rebuilding the fireplace, new hardwood floors all completed under a very tight timeline & budget. The project came out beautifully Never once in twelve years have I been anything but satisfied with Guggenheim Construction!”

“Working with Kemppel Homes was great experience. Stephanie and Amber were both great people to work with, and each knew what they wanted to bring to the new website. Each home we got to view through the pictures was breathtaking and you felt like you wanted to live in each one. When visiting their Parade Home, the home itself was gorgeous in person and you could tell a lot of work and time was spent on even the smallest detail. We enjoyed working with Kemppel Homes and can't wait to see what they will build next.”

“My husband and I built a home with Pat Perrino and his team in 2008. This was the second home I had built and I was fearful of the building process because of my past experience with another builder. We interviewed several builders and when me met Pat and his project team we knew he was the right builder for us. Our project went well, we completed on time, and in 6 years we have had no problems with our wonderful home thanks to Pat and his team of professionals.”
