It is now August, 2015, and I felt compelled to write the following to Chris: "Chris, I want to let you know how much we have been enjoying all the improvements you and your crew made to our home earlier this year. The two air conditioning systems are wonderful. The front door has gotten many compliments. Most of all, Lionel has enjoyed his radio room immensely!
