“Nate worked on our kitchen / laundry room / guest bath remodel in 2020. In 2022, we hired him to replace our deck and installed new railings. In 2023, we needed to replace windows on our beach house he was the only person we contacted. His workmanship and attention to detail is incredible. We like working with him as he meets his commitments and communicates throughout the entire project. He also offers up suggestions and ideas and is a pleasure to work with. We will use him on future projects and have referred him to neighbors and family.”

“I highly recommend Talan Warden Construction. I have a few little houses that are desperately in need of some updating, but can only be done when the house is empty, which means lots of little jobs, infrequently. I know Talan is always busy with big jobs, but he does his best to squeeze my little jobs into his schedule. He does a great job making my projects seem important to him, and the craftsmanship is top notch. My houses are OLD, but Talan and his crew are good about letting me keep the character, without losing the integrity of the renovations. “In 2005, my Wife and I relocated back to the Vancouver area from florida. We were in the market for a one level house and very few were available or at least not the suited our needs. We were introduced to Fazzolari Custom Homes. John worked with us in locating a lot and then worked with my Wife and I in developing the floor plan that we wanted. John and his crew continued to work with us all through the building process on any changes. As an example, We were visiting the building site on this one day while the framing was in process. The crew just happened to be framing one of the bathrooms in one of the master bedrooms (there are two) and were laying out the shower area. My Wife and I left the site and went to a local restaurant for lunch and my Wife said she wasn't sure she liked the shower design and she did a few quick sketches on a napkin. We went back to the house and showed the changes to Johns Forman and even though the original design had been started he pulled up the framing ,laid out the new changes my Wife had sketched on the napkin. Now that won't happen with the average builder. We would recommend John Fazzolari for any project you may be planning. You won't be disappointed.”

“I highly recommend Oltean Construction! They completed my project (Sleek modern kitchen remodel in project pictures) a couple years ago and we couldn't be happier. Our project was a down to the stud remodel of our kitchen that included taking down one interior wall, adding windows to the exterior, reconfiguring the entire layout and replacing the french doors in our dining room. Their bid was competitive on price but more importantly the owner, Silviu, was very transparent on what was included, what wasn't and how we would handle issues that will always arise during a remodel. We had multiple scope revisions and I always felt like Silviu was providing a very reasonable cost on the changes and providing multiple options to control costs. Another key quality for Silviu and team as their ability to trouble shoot when issues came up. They coordinated closely with our designer to correct issues on the design dimensions, and they worked directly with the structural engineers on our project to come up with the most cost effective way to address our engineering requirements. If you're looking for a contractor you can trust and won't gouge you on the cost of every change that comes up then I highly recommend working with Oltean Construction on your project.”
