“Manny Lopez and his team of professionals completed a full remodel of the landscaping projects we desired around our home last year. All of the work was top quality and done to our satisfaction. He coordinated his team's work with other contractors installing solar, and a large swim spa, as well as a complex deck. There were no disagreements with other workmen on the projects, and the advance planning allowed for the use of heavy machinery where needed, concrete deliveries, and other materials for all the other projects. Regarding ideas we had for the way we wanted the final project to look, Manny provided timely ideas, excellent solutions that were cost effective or even saved money, and he always came in on time. He kept us appraised of the project progress, items that need to be adjusted, and included changes we asked for as the project went along. He came in on budget. My wife and I have built homes before, renovated apartment properties, improved commercial and condo projects, so we have worked with many contractors over the years. Manny is the best.”

“Bonny and her crew remodeled our master bathroom for us, and we liked her work so much, we called her again when we were ready for a kitchen update! She is a quality contractor, and master communicator, and I knew from how she approached our initial project conversations she would be a good match for my husband and myself. She uses high quality materials, is thorough, stays on calendar and budget, and has high expectations for her workers. Regardless of what was being done during the day, when the workers left at the end of the day, our house was neat and cleaned from the days work. Bonny has remodeled several kitchens or bathrooms in the neighborhood, and I have heard nothing but the highest praise.”

“We were in desperate need of having our bathrooms and kitchens remodeled and we are more then glad that we found Bay Quality Construction they did such a beautiful job! We couldn't be happier. The quality of work was A+ and I would recommend them to anyone that wants exceptional work at affordable pricing. I never had to worry about them. We went through everything I wanted and it all came out beautifully. They are very knowledgeable and thorough. One thing I loved is they cleaned up their work area every day when they were finished. You can't go wrong with this company. We also had the pleasure to work with Brenda and she was able to help us with any questions we had it didn’t matter what time or day it was! “When we decided to remodel our house, we were a bit nervous because we had never worked with a contractor before and had heard some horror stories. We chose MOR Construction because they were the most responsive, their pricing was fair and they responded to all our questions in a timely matter (unlike many other companies that we contacted). I can honestly say that we made an excellent decision. We had A LOT of questions and we made a lot of changes. They were patient and thorough in explaining all aspects of our remodel and even helped with cost saving suggestions. Jon's work was amazing and his team was great. They were very knowledgeable and helpful along the way - even doing things that were beyond the scope of our project. The costs were explained and came in as expected. We really enjoyed working with them and now consider them our friends. Jon, Jamie and their team made what could have been a very stressful experience extremely easy. I LOVE our house and am so grateful for the work that MOR Construction did.”

“I have several reasons for highly recommending Smith & Son Inc. Our project was the installation of a composite deck over a worn out cement patio. Out of the three quotes we received, Lance Smith not only provided us with a detailed quote very quickly, he was the only individual we met with who followed up with us by telephone to discuss his quote. This discussion led to further clarity regarding our project and savings on the overall cost, putting us within our budget. Lance recommended a particular decking material which we are extremely pleased with. Knowing we were eager to start, Lance found a way to begin our project much sooner than expected. His three man crew was led by a seasoned and experienced foreman who not only guided his team, but also checked in with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied. Noe took great pride in his work and was very eager to please. They kept the work area tidy and safely stowed their equipment at the end of their workday. We are very happy with the finished project which exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to use Smith & Son again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.”
