“"I would highly recommend Michael Arnett to be your contractor. We had a great experience with him in our major remodel of our home and we love it!! Prior to using Michael we had a smaller house in SW Portland we had done some remodeling to and was not as easy as an experience as we did with Michael.. Michael was spot on in his budget and as we went along with any upgrades etc. he was so consistent in letting us know if we chose added cost. I honestly will recommend him to anyone.”

“We work as a subcontractor for Life Design Build, providing structural engineering services for their projects. The information we get from them is fantastic. They provide an excellent set of architectural plans, and an amazing amount of information regarding the existing home when the project is a remodel. It truly is a seamless process working with Life Design Build. They have their stuff together, and it's quite a pleasure working with Tyson and his team!”

“First let me say I grew up in a family of union carpenters, and can without a doubt Caleb with JCS Construction is a master of his trade. He doesn't cut corners and if your lucky enough to have him build for you all of the other tradesmen will thank you. I have seen a lot of junk built over the years a Caleb just won't do it he takes pride in his work and is super good at it. He framed and dried in a 3400 sq foot house for me in 7 weeks that I needed done by winter and did so the right way. True craftsmanship by a true Craftsman. I get compliments on Calebs work all of the time use him you won't regret it.”

“I can't say enough good stuff about Sierra James. My wife and I hired them to do an extensive remodel to our 1979 mid-century modern home. Their attention to detail, timeliness and consistent communication led to the single best construction experience we've ever had. Jesse and Jason were all over the project. Their sense of design is spot on. They worked within the existing point-of-view of the design to ensure a seamless execution. And best of all, they did exactly what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. Finally, their customer service was off the charts all the way through the project. There was never a moment we didn't know what was happening from either a project, budget or billing standpoint. Should you choose to hire Sierra James, you and your house will be in incredible good hands.”
