“My husband purchased a lot of land from Rooftight in Fall River Nova Scotia in January 2014 and met the owner Scott while we were living in Ontario. I came down to Fall River, Nova Scotia in March 2014 and spent a day and a half with Michelle Reid the designer for Rooftight. In that time frame I picked everything for the house. From March till October my husband and I e-mailed Michelle with changes and concerns we had about our house. On October 28/14 for the first time, I walked into my dream home. Rooftight has met all our expectations. I would recommend this company to everyone. They stand behind they work and I'm in love with my new home! Thank you Rooftight”

“Keith Sawlor and his team were everything they claim and more. We love our house! And we loved working with them. We were impressed with how respectful everyone was of our home during construction. No detail was forgotten. We were able to relax and enjoy the process because within a short time we knew that we could trust the Sawlor team. I am SO glad we chose Sawlor. Even now we can call and ask questions and always know that they will back their work. Our house was finished on time and on budget. The allowances were often more than we needed. We received credit if change orders were made in our favour. There were no surprises. It was so much fun building with them that we were a little sad when it was all done. They are worth every penny!”

“Picket Fence Homes (PFH) consistently provided a high level of service and professionalism during the construction of our home. We felt extremely comfortable with the quality of work and we were able to be an active part of the construction phase of our home. We were able to make changes to the design layout that suited our family's specific needs. The construction foremen were knowledgeable and helpful as we made decisions about our home during the construction phase. The personal website the builders offer allowed us to see the on-going progress of our home. The Builder Trend website included photos and calendars that kept us informed about timelines and updated us as jobs were completed. We could send messages directly to the project manager through the site if needed. The partnership between ourselves, our real estate agent, and PFH's agent was very open and any questions or changes were responded to in a timely manner. We felt our agent and PFH's agent were able to combine their professional knowledge and experiences to best serve our interests. The process of building a new home with PFH was a stress-free experience. Our family truly enjoyed each phase of construction and it positively influenced our transition into our home.”

They were an amazing company to work with and did a wonderful job.
