“I HIGHLY recommend Ilan and the team from Jerezee to any and all! We recently purchased a house and wanted to do a (medium sized) renovation prior to moving in. We had a general idea of what we wanted, however needed guidance on what would be possible, both structurally and financially. Ilan and his team were incredibly thorough and walked us through every step of the renovation, from the initial consultation & design through the completion of the project. They were extremely communicative throughout the process, provided a thorough outline of the sequence of events, and executed on agreed upon the timeline. After the fire department left (and we knew all was safe), we were concerned that something got screwy with the electric we just updated. I texted Ilan at 9am and he and the electrician were at our house by 10:30am on NEW YEARS DAY. Turns out it was something small on our outside electric socket and unrelated to the construction. I will not forget the fact that they left their families and rushed over without a question to ensure all was okay. They are true partners.”

“Fact is, these guys saved the day. Arrived promptly when I noticed my ceiling was bubbling/leaking water. Not the kind of thing you want to come home to ever but when it happens you want someone like these guys to step in and knock it out. They dealt with the insurance company which I liked because the lady was jumping on my last nerve. Professionals, high tech equipment used to secure the scene. “We moved to Las Vegas about a year and half ago, and since moving we have found it extremely difficult to find trust worthy contractors to do some remodeling we have needed in our home. Looking for bath remodeling companies we were becoming very discouraged, the several companies we interviewed didn’t give us the confidence we needed to hire them. Their estimates kept changing always being higher with very few additions. After reading their reviews we found a company, Design Zone Remodeling, and thought we would try again to accomplish this project and find the contractor that would give us professionalism, knowledge and above all honesty. After meeting Anna, from Design Zone Remodeling, we felt we had finally met the company that would do the job professionally and honestly. However, still being skeptical of contractors we asked Anna, from Design Zone Remodeling, to meet with us at our home. Anna said she would be back with an estimate in a few days. After she left and before we received the estimate, we hoped that the estimate would come in line with our budget. When Design Zone Remodeling estimate came back, Anna came and explained the cost, the work schedule, where to purchase the material and gave us an approximate finish date. After meeting with Anna, we knew were going to use Design Zone Remodeling, so we signed the contract. Anna and her team are true professionals. One of the things that stood out about Anna is she is not afraid to give her opinion on what material and fixtures to use, and how the project should be done. Design Zone Remodeling was not the highest nor the lowest estimate we received, but we felt they were the most professional and honest. Because of that, we trusted her and the company even more. We would not hesitate to recommend Anna and Design Zone Remodeling to anyone. Everything that Anna told us was true. Her subs were excellent in all aspects of the project. Eli was assigned as our project manager who was dependable, knowledgeable, and paid attention to every detail. He made our project run smoothly and we were very pleased with his work. “I recently had We Build It, owned/operated by Tomer Steinberg, extend the roof line above the front entrance to my home and install an lattice arbor over the walkway leading to the front entrance to protect my badly sun-damaged wooden doors in the front entrance and mother-in-law room. Additionally, he and his crew stripped and refinished the doors and jambs, providing a protective UV coating to prevent/slow sun damage for what is expected to be years to come. The doors and jambs were custom refinished to provide a unique, weathered look similar to what one would expect from the weathered doors of an old hacienda. The work was completed in such a way as to tie seamlessly into the existing roof line. I highly recommend Tomer for any new or reconstruction you may need.”

“Fletcher door and trim does it all. They laid tile floors though out the entire house look awesome. Fletcher door and trim had some excellent ideas on how to lay the tile to not only make our house look bigger but look one of a kind. He has an artistic eye when it comes to home improvement. So much so we used him to do our entire master bathroom remodel with steam shower, tile and back splash around the tub and once again he delivered. Use them you will not regret it.”
