“Jim Guggenheim and his crew are amazing. The attention to detail always provides perfection yet never at the expense of his client's budget. The first service Guggenheim provided for me was at my residence in 2006, since then Jim has worked on my new home and my investment properties. The largest project, renovating my time-worn Shaker home. This included removing loadbearing walls, re-routing the HVAC, rebuilding the fireplace, new hardwood floors all completed under a very tight timeline & budget. The project came out beautifully Never once in twelve years have I been anything but satisfied with Guggenheim Construction!”

“We received proposals from three contractors that were recommended by the architect. All were very good. We decided to hire LHI after negotiations and interacting with several of his subcontractors. We also met with his cabinet maker and the site foreman. The entire package was the best. We were not disappointed. The time line was extremely on tract for the 12 week project. We were informed of what to expect for every day and never had a day without some work being done and some progress made. We made some modifications to the deck and that turned out better than expected. We added another deck modification which was completed during this project by the same crew.
The level of workmanship was outstanding by all involved. They isolated the work area with plastic and covered the floors in all areas they frequented, including the finished basement where much of the plumbing, electrical and construction occurred. They kept the garage storage area organized and clean. They cleaned up the work area at the end of every day minimizing the disfunction of having a kitchen out of operation. The worked very well with my dogs, two energetic Irish Setters. The entire project was well organized from start to finish. We have been very satisfied with the whole project. They have been most receptive to followup as needed.”

“Anthony and his crew are great to work with! They kept us informed throughout the entire project and let us know ahead of time if there would be any delay. We highly recommend them. They removed our cracked bathtub and replaced it and the shower wall. We had a pretty difficult project because our bathroom floors had such a steep slope to them, but they figured it out and spent the time to make sure it was done right. They were also very kind and entertained the many questions from our young kids. If you hire them for a project you will not be disappointed!”
