“We hired Metcalfe Constructions to build our new house here in Hervey Bay. We were on site most days and got to know all the builders. They were all very professional and we encouraged feedback on all stages of the build. This made for a much better built house as their input was always spot on. Ben and the staff in the office were always available and courteous for even the smallest of requests. We have now been in our dream home for nearly 18 months and have had no problems with it at all. Recently we flooded the outside laundry and a sliding door was slightly warped (our fault entirely). We called Ben to ask him to recommend someone to come and fix it.
