He guttered almost the entire house, took out the kitchen wall and hallway, extended Kims bedroom, redid the kitchen with all new appliances, renovated both bathrooms, retiled the whole house including the painting of it, gave us a new laundry area and within about 3-4 months we had a beautifully renovated home. We are so pleased with the work that was done, so so professional and Simon was so easy to work with because we changed our minds so many times during the Reno, nothing was a problem. We had a rough plan drawn on a piece of paper and passed it on, from that time Phil Kelly done everything, including the landscaping.
