“Upgrades to basement wet bar area were exceptional - a real treat to see. Great aesthetic blend of weathered iron trimming around wine racks in a Tuscan motif. Really liked the use of stone throughout the wet bar area. Definitely recommend to anyone to take a tour before building their own.”

“I got my dream kitchen! Starting with a dark, small galley kitchen, Cheyenne Mountain Builders designed and built a kitchen that was spacious, functional, and beautiful. There wasn't room for a dinning table and chairs so the craftsman built a custom breakfast nook that became the center of my house for entertaining and meals. Professional, detailed-oriented, thinks outside the box! I would recommend Cheyenne Mountain Builders to anyone.”

“Jeff did a complete basement finish in our large open basement. He did a wonderful job. Details were exact, quality was excellent, and his knowledge about how to enclosed vent pipes, water pipes, and other ceiling issues was very professional. Jeff has an excellent attitude and he knows construction. His attention to job quality is excellent. He was in charge of the job from start to finish. He kept us posted on all job progress and issues of interest. My wife and I highly recommend Jeff for construction. He is a quality general contractor who completes the job right and finishes on time.”

“Tremendous value for the service provided. Installed a new redwood deck for me in March 2018 with iron spindles for around $16,000. Also installed a new concrete pad at the bottom of the landing. When the GC came out to review the work, he found that the concrete pad was slightly off-center and immediately sent his crew back out to redo the work.”

“Owner, Lain, superintendent, Mat, and office manager/interior designer, Kim, offer the utmost professionalism and decorum, and they hire skilled professionals who show the same courtesy. They added an apartment on the first floor of our home, so that my father-in-law could live with us. So, the kitchen had to be removed, and it became an open space adjacent to our new dining room. A brand new kitchen was added on to the back of our house, and they also built a new sun room next to it. We now have an open kitchen and dining room, which is very appealing. Our old dining room became my father-in-law's new bedroom, which is right next to his sun room/sitting room. Since we added hardwood floors with the new addition, the builder had to stain the old floors to match the new, darker ones. We also had them remove the carpet on the stairs and put hardwood with white stringers on them. New white, pedestals and spindles were added to update the look. Fresh paint, new appliances, trim, lighting, electrical and a bench for snow boots completed the project. Solid Rock Custom Homes made our house into a home, and we couldn't be happier!”
