“Tyler Choate and TTA have built over 10 houses for me over the past 4 years at South Shore addition on Grand Lake, and have done significant sub work on my own personal house and on The Residences at Boardwalk, a 200 unit luxury apartment project that is being completed in January 2018 in South Tulsa/Bixby. They are the most reliable sub I have worked with, do excellent work, and provide excellent customer service and reporting. “We hired Ozark Mountain Homes to renovate and add a small addition to a home that was built in 1936. From windows to doors, flooring to walls, custom cabinets and a revamped kitchen and bathroom, they did an excellent job. They applied knowledge, skill and care from start to finish, consulted with us as work progressed and were committed to staying as close to budget as possible. This was our first experience working with a contractor. We shopped around, did our homework and made a really wise choice. We couldn't be more pleased with the job Ozark Mountain Homes did for us.”

“We had never built a home before, although we had refurbished several over the years. Consequently, one can imagine that when we decided to build our dream lake home at Table Rock we were more than a bit concerned about the process, especially since our main homes are in Houston and Wichita. We were truly blessed to have Rusty Prince as our builder. When we started the process we told him that we were building a home, not for resale or speculation, but to remain in our family for generations. He could not have taken our charge more seriously. Attention to detail, quality of work, communication, follow through; these are all great attributes of Rusty and his team. As the final result reflects that we had an outstanding builder, who also became our friend. We would be amiss not to mention that Rusty is only one-half of the story. His wife Margaret was also a key component in the success of our project. The Prince "team" is simply the best!"”
