“Stein Design has completed 4 jobs in two houses for us. What can I say about the quality of work; beautiful! Crew shows up on time and always cleans up at the end of each day. Trey (the owner) is so helpful with ideas for finishes, trim and tile. His lead carpenter is a real Master of his craft and does not cut corners. Their sub contractors are just as professional as their direct employees. Would hire them again in a minute. Jobs were two master baths, master bedroom and a staircase including custom bannister.”

The construction staff were on time, professional, asked questions to be sure they knew what I wanted, and left the house very clean and neat every evening when they were finished working. “Had a roof problem that has been ongoing for almost a year. Several attempts to fix it were unsuccessful. We called Chris, he made an appointment right away. He looked everything over, told us what he thought the problem was, when he could have someone come out and how much it would cost. Well, less than a week later we were all buttoned up. It's been over a month now and it looks like the leak is finally sorted out. They were fast, very professional, inexpensive and effective. What else could you ask for.”

“Andrew did a great job renovating my small bathroom! He pays attention to details and went above and beyond with the plumbing and structure as well. If you show him what you want, he’ll recreate it as much as he can to the “T”! I would definitely recommend him and go for his services again! Even my cat loves it!”

“We hired Onesta to completely redo a small bathroom after the shower started to leak. Rick met with us promptly (some other firms we contacted took weeks to respond) and impressed us with his thoroughness and knowledge. He explained why we should use particular products to ensure a waterproof bathroom and provided an extremely detailed proposal. Between the age of the bathroom and the potential for water damage, we decided on demolition down to the studs and starting over. The only thing not replaced was the tub. Fortunately there wasn't any water damage, however, there were a few hiccups along the way that Rick dealt with quickly and professionally. Rick and his workers, either direct or subcontractors, were courteous and on time. We are completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the attention to detail throughout the process.”

“Jim Barton from Barton Legacy Builders was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. His work was quality craftsmanship and he fulfilled all requirement of the contracts we had with him. He tore out rebuilt the floor of our deck and stairs in a a professional manner and completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time. We liked his work so much that we hired him a second time to tear down and rebuild stairs at another property. I highly recommend him as a contractor. I have already passed his name along to a couple of other friends.”

“I recently hired Olympic Exteriors, Siding and Windows to install over 1,200 sq. ft. of flooring in my home. I was needing advice on the different types of flooring and what would work best for my home. Frank was very helpful and experienced and pointed me in the right direction. He did a wonderful job, was very dependable and professional. I love my new floors! I have referred him to my friends and feel confident that he will do a great job for them as well. I’m planning a new deck in the near future and have already signed up with Olympic Exteriors. I would highly recommend Frank and his company Olympic Exteriors, Siding and Windows.”

“I have used City Lights for 3 major renovation jobs in the past 13 years. We purchased a 90 year old Arts & Crafts bungalow style home in St. Louis that needed updating. Randy at City Lights listened, brought skilled craftsmen, adhered to budget and timeframes and helped us make our house our home. We spent $30K on the first renovation which included re-routing a stair case, renovating the kitchen and updating a master bedroom. We spent about $15K on the 2 subsequent renovations which included finishing the basement with bath installation and updating the master bath. Our updates blend perfectly with the historic features, leaving us with ease and convenience.”
