“Pacific Coast Builders, Inc. (PCB) did an excellent job of turning my single story 2,000 square foot home into a beautiful two story 3,100 square foot home. PCB and its employees were very good at listening to all our requests. They put in extra effort to make sure we were completely satisfied with all aspects of our home, both big and small. They have a vast amount of experience and were able to assist us in making good decisions. We would recommend this company. We love our new home.”

“I truly enjoyed working with this company because they were very professional. At the end of each week, they went over details of their work. They provided me with samples if materials in order for me to decide what tile I would like for my bathroom. They explained in layman’s terms what they would highly recommend to make my bathroom a masterpiece. After the work was done, I am so happy I remodeled and selected these contractors. I highly recommend them without any reservation.”

“Can't say enough about Patrick! My wife and I were looking for a contractor to replace our original fiberglass shower/tub combo and replace it with a large walk in shower. Patrick completed an estimate that we were happy with as it was very reasonable compared to other contractors. We showed him the layout/concept we were looking for and the end result was nothing short of awesome. This project was upstairs and care was taken to protect our flooring and stairs on the daily. Clean up was performed daily with minimal impact on daily living. Patrick was always courteous, returned phone calls in a timely manner, always answered questions and kept us updated on the status of the project. He handled any changes very well and listened to our ideas and made it happen. Our particular project from demo to completion was 3 weeks. Thanks again Patrick!”

“We enjoyed working with Mark and Enna to remodel and update our master bathroom. Mark was especially helpful during the planning phase when he listened patiently to our endless questions and provided useful information and suggestions that helped us reach decisions about project materials and stylistic choices. After work began, Mark and Enna continued to be very responsive to us regarding scheduling aspects of the work and finalizing decisions about the details. Throughout the process, they stressed that the goal was to create a master bathroom that we would really enjoy, even if that meant occasionally changing our minds about details or adding new work at times. This was our first major renovation project, and we feel that Mark, Enna and their team did a great job guiding us through it and creating a great new room to enhance our home.”

“Val made our dreams come true. Our construction project included removing walls, adding a walk-in shower, removing a bathtub (that requires rearranging plumbing for a new soak tub, etc. ) Their creativeness and management of the project from beginning to end with minimal interference by us was a great experience . Val was on top of every detail and kept communicating with me on a daily basis. The whole house ties together beautifully. Thanks so much we love the design you came up with.”

“We were looking for a roofer to repair a leak in our screened patio, which we wanted to close up for my husband's art studio. Eric, the owner, came out himself instead of sending a salesman, as everyone else had done. He explained everything he would do very thoroughly and I was comfortable with him from the time he walked in the gate. His wasn't the lowest bid we got but he really gave us peace of mind with a new roof and repairs which were unexpected. It is much more attractive now, and well on its way to being climate-controlled; I won't be ashamed to have people see it anymore. He's been in the construction field for a long time; I highly recommend him and his company.”
