“We have worked with S N Peck over the past 6+ years for forensic investigation of leaks, repairs and refinish. The process is often tedious and the schedule and cost unknown in the beginning. SNPeck is tenacious and as thorough as is realistic in assessing the best remedy - and the final result is perfection. They are always very respectful of contents and finishes of our home, both inside and out with a wide radius of protection around the construction areas. They are always forthcoming with their findings and recommended remedies as they are realized. However, the project management is often overwhelmed which does cause some frustration during the process.”

“My roof and siding was done by Amana GC. They did a great job communicating with the insurance company to get our entire project paid for through our home owner policy.. They were also fast... they had 6 guys do our roof in one day and 8 guys did our siding in one 12 hour day. the other quotes I received did little to work with our insurance company and told us it would take 2 weeks with a 2 man crew. I think negotiating with insurance companies is what differentiates them from everyone else. Times are tough and we did not have the extra money to get a new roof and siding. Having someone take care of the negotiations (insurance companies can try to make things so complicated) and not come out of pocket to pay for our new roof and siding is why I rated Amana 5 stars.”

“It was a pleasure working with A & M General Contracting, they were hired to do a gut rehab on my building and the entire process was smooth and painless which doesn't happen often during gut rehab construction. Whenever I had an issue or change request I was able to get the owner on the phone and have these things scheduled to be completed within that same day. All the work was done professionally, clean, and 100% according to my stamped and approved drawings. I often visited my job site while A & M was working and tools were not sprawled out everywhere creating trip hazards, and at the end of every work day the site was completely free of any debris or trash. I'm not sure what anyone is looking for when selecting a contractor but if its a professional company that does the work right and fast and has great customer service then A and M General Contracting is the way to go.”
