“We had a great experience with Xpand in the building of our two-story deck. Andy, our Project Manager, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly during the entire process. He was quick to respond no matter how I contacted him (email, text or phone call) and ready and able to solve any questions I had. He worked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and followed up to ensure we were happy with the progress and final product. We're extremely happy with the new addition to our home and spend all of our free time hanging out on it. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Xpand years ago!”

“My husband and I hired Woodstone to do an entire home renovation on our 1936 tutor home. We did it in two consecutive phases, allowing us to live in the home the entire time. Tim Oskey was available literally 24/7. He is meticulous in every detail. Our project was completed on time and within budget. It has been two years since our remodel was completed, and I still call him if I need anything done or ever have a question about something. I highly recommend Woodstone, and would use them again in a second!”

“We hired Steve to finish our basement and it turned out great. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and he was always willing to listen and answer questions. He also brought a lot of ideas for the project, including great ideas for a rustic bathroom, unique tile floors and shower and hidden crawlspace access. He also built a removable stairway railing that will make moving furniture into the basement very easy. We really wanted to utilize all of the space in the basement and Steve helped us create storage areas to maximize the finished area. Steve was great to work with and we are very happy with the basement.”

“We looked at single family detached homes for nearly 2 years. We looked at new construction and existing homes from far south suburbs to far west and north suburbs. Everything of the quality we were seeking was highly priced or had association fees that were extremely high. We found the Pratt development in Hugo and bought a lot the same day. The quality of these homes is very high, the pricing is very reasonable. We stopped nearly every day during the building process and the quality of the craftmanship was superior. They bend over backwards to make it a wonderful experience for the buyer. We love everything about our new home.”
