“After interviewing three builders, I contracted with Fine Home Building because of their proven track record of renovating older homes - my home is 114 years old. FHB did an outstanding job, executing a full renovation including new additions to the house to accommodate a redesigned and enlarged kitchen, new master bath, office and laundry room as well an s a new screen porch. As a side note, the entire backside of the kitchen opens to the screen porch through magnificent mahogany doors that FHB manufactured - they are a work of art. The extensive remodel/renovation was completed while my wife and I were living in Germany, meaning this project was completed with very little oversight from the owners. The highest praise I can give FHB’s owner, Tom Bierster, he is an honorable man, always standing by the quality of his work – and always good for his word. This single attribute led to the successful renovation of our new home. I recommend FHB without reservation.”

“When we decided to build our dream home on the beach , we interviewed several builders over a years time . Chad Loper was by far the most knowledgable, friendly, organized and dedicated of them all. We put our dream into his hands and he created a masterpiece beyond our expectations. He has spent his entire life in the business and his crews were capable of anything we requested. Whenever there was an issue Chad was ready to make it right. It was a pleasure to work with the girls in his office . They were on point when it came to correspondence & follow ups. Chads extensive knowledge of the area helped us tremdously. We would like to think he's more than just our builder but a friend now . We wouldn't trust anyone else with our investment .”

“I’m a gym owner in Foley and No Limit was in charge of the build out to get the facility open. They installed the floors in my offices and lobby area as well as the framing of the walls and installing the metal on said walls throughout the gym. They also updated and re-wired most of the electricity in the building. Their work and professionalism is top notch! They work with integrity and accuracy and were beyond thorough with the entire project. I would give 10 stars if I could! God bless No Limit!”

“I found this contractor on Angie's list. I communicated with the owner Drew Dennis via email about painting our condo at the beach. We set up everything via email, including choosing a paint color. He sent Greg to do the job. Greg went above and beyond, not only doing a great job with the painting, but helping us to coordinate the pickup of some furniture that we donated, as well as installing some new light fixtures. We are planning to renovate the kitchen and baths and have already contacted Drew about working up a bid for us.”

“Semi custom home being built right now. Very nice folks that are very helpful and do good quality work on the construction of the home. However I find the choices of what they offer on the interior selection is somewhat limited and so if you want something different its all an upgrade and cost additional. Overall they do good work but could offer more choices with in the budget of the home.”

“Our experience with Sprague Builders was absolutely the best. Our dream home project planning began in Feb of 2012 with groundbreaking June of 2012. We moved in June of 2013. I feel that Sprague Construction has the absolute best subs in the area and along with their expertise our job was on time and without any major problems. Rick and his son , Doug along with Rick's wife and Doug' s Mom, Kathy, kept Brooks and I on task and out of crazy mode. It was a pleasure to work with them and we are proud of our home. It is everything we want it to be with water views maximized, a feeling of serenity and a haven to come home too !”
