“I hired Chad Goodin's firm to build a 3,600 sq ft, 2-story, custom lakefront home on Lake Norman in Mooresville, NC. This scope of the project included demolition through new construction. The project was completed on time. I found Chad, himself, and his entire team to be highly professional, competent and communicative. I was always made to feel like their top priority. A couple of minor follow-up items that have popped up after the CO was issued have been promptly taken care of, which speaks volumes about the integrity of Chad, his employees and his relationship with his subcontractors. I would definitely endorse this firm.”

“Kustom Contracting repaired our barn after a snow storm dumped 18" of snow which collapsed the roof of the top most section of our barn. They negotiated with the insurance company on our behalf and ended up repairing the barn to be better than it was before. I now have no worries that a snow storm will collapse the hay loft. “Ryan and his crew jumped on a severe water leak(s) on a house we had just purchased. A wall of windows on the backside of the house was leaking with heavy rains. Ryan found that all windows were rotten and leaking from the top down. This turned into a much bigger job than we had expected, but Ryan was "on it" and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. He was conscientious about the house, property and our budget. As this was coming out of the pandemic getting supplies (windows) was a challenge. We had to change the whole look of the backside of the house due to the difference in windows that were available. Ryan dealt with these changes, under pressure from us, and honestly the house looks better with the changes. I would recommend KD's Elite Custom Building for your next home project.”

Also added Master Bedroom suite on main level, mudroom, powder room along with a screened in porch.I love everything about our new home. “Ryan is my go-to contractor! I first met him as a referral from a fellow Allen Tate Realtor, and he has helped my clients get their homes ready to sell as well as with repair request items. I liked his work so much that I also hired him to work on my own homes. He is great for a variety of projects. He painted the entire interior of my home, replaced rotten siding, repaired flooring, and sheetrock. At my listings/sales he has done things including roof repair, deck rebuilds, and all sorts of cosmetic and structural items. I have also seen some of the more extensive projects he has done such as bathroom remodels, and it is impressive. I highly recommend his services!”
