“Excellent communication and amazing quality of work on our kitchen. Yuliyanna has over 12 contracts with different cabinetry providers. Your budget needs will be met! Guaranteed! I can only speak to this company's communication and responsiveness, as we ultimately decided we did not need another bid. But in terms of how quickly they got back to me, the thoroughness in their communication, and the confidence that they gave me that they would cover every detail...they were superb! Every homeowner needs Carlos and Yuliyanna!! Other reviewers can attest to the beautiful work that they do. I am very much appreciated how they handled initial contacts and follow-up. “Highly recommend. Kyle helped us to reconfigure our stairwell and install drywall and a pocket door to create a new interior room. He was a great communicator with anything where he needed my input. And the carpenter and electrician he used did a great job! Everything looks very finished, was done quickly, and the final invoice was even a little less than the original estimate.”

“Hawk construction and Jim Poggermeyer in particular, were willing to help us with a very challenging situation. The previous construction had been poorly planned and had deteriorated into an unsafe condition. Jim did thorough research to devise an excellent plan that retained our esthetics and maintained function. They then planned a very efficient, clean and thorough fabrication complete with very complete finishing. We are very happy with the result and would hire them again! Dr Gil Schmidtke”

“We first worked with Concierge on a bathroom remodel and decided to go with them because of their competitive pricing and way they made us feel during the initial bid process. They were very clear and kind, which was greatly appreciated, given that I had no idea what I was doing. The quality of the workmanship & the way they went out of their way to make sure our needs were met are what stand out most. We next used them to replace our floors. There were some challenges that arose with this project, and they were easy to work with and were more than reasonable in being sure they did the right thing. They promised me everything would be beautiful, and beautiful it was!”

“Bryan has done some exterior work on our 1930s house that I couldn't find anyone else who would even consider the job. His team was quick, efficient, and friendly. We enjoyed the experience so much that we had him do a full kitchen remodel. The kitchen project was affected by covid and supply chain issues, so we had some delays and had to make some different choices due to price fluctuations, but Bryan was very communicative and honest during the process. He and his team find ways to get things done rather than take the easy way out or make excuses. The kitchen is beautiful and functional. I strongly recommend Seawolf and Bryan for any interior or exterior work you might be considering.”

They source the best subcontractors and always have someone on site when any subs are present. They do what they say at every step of the project. We have a late 1800s home and they handled everything from permitting to execution.”
