“Jaime Villagram, owner of Construo Construction was prompt and delivered as promised at the original price we agreed on. All work was completed on time and in a professional way. That was my first time using him. The next time was in my home. The dishwasher malfunctioned and flooded the kitchen. The hardwood floors all had to be refinished or replaced. Jaime took over with the insurance adjuster and got the approval to do the job .Job three was a leaking roof on my commercial building That was also done perfectly.”

“It was a pleasure working with A & M General Contracting, they were hired to do a gut rehab on my building and the entire process was smooth and painless which doesn't happen often during gut rehab construction. Whenever I had an issue or change request I was able to get the owner on the phone and have these things scheduled to be completed within that same day. All the work was done professionally, clean, and 100% according to my stamped and approved drawings. I often visited my job site while A & M was working and tools were not sprawled out everywhere creating trip hazards, and at the end of every work day the site was completely free of any debris or trash. I'm not sure what anyone is looking for when selecting a contractor but if its a professional company that does the work right and fast and has great customer service then A and M General Contracting is the way to go.”

“A little late with this review, but these guys definitely needed to be complimented. We did a complete small bathroom remodeling project last year and we contacted these gentlemen for their services. They did a wonderful, professional, on-time job for us and we will definitely be looking at using them for our future larger bathroom project. They changed out floors, shower, shower doors, walls, sink, toilet, vanity, mirror and did an outstanding job and took owner changes or concerns in stride. Very courteous and clean and followed their estimate closely. I recommend R Brand Homes for home upgrades and remodeling projects wholeheartedly.”

“We had Francisco and his team come out to do , siding, soffit, and gutters. Francisco was so helpful in my vision. I showed him a few pictures of the look I wanted for an addition we had just finished, and he made a few suggestions in regards to symmetry. He nailed exactly what I wanted!! His team works fast, and their craftmanship is beautiful! Francisco is easy to work with, responsive, priced fairly, and I can't say enough about the craftmanship!”

“Working with Dominic and LivModern was a pleasure from beginning to end. We initially found Dominic through another California-like, clean, and modern house he built. Besides his aesthetic, it was also his statement that he would build our home just like he would build one for himself…that is a very different perspective than most builders, and really resonated with us. He truly cares about the details as if it was his own house. Not just the visible features, but the mechanicals and the detail behind the walls and under the floors. He limits the number of simultaneous projects so he and his team really focused on our home. Our trust in Dominic was well-placed and in the end, he built us a wonderful home on which we are complimented constantly. We also left other aspects of the home building process and design in Dominic’s hands - he handled all of our landscaping design, designed our pool and deck, and our driveway. “We just finished our kitchen and three baths remodel. The crews were always on time and remained on schedule throughout the project. Very competitive pricing a bit higher the average but worth every penny. Their craftsmanship and attention to details produced a superior kitchen and a first class master bath. Highly recommended, two thumbs up”

“We hired MegaPros to complete our guest bathroom. The challenging part was to extend it to allow for a large vanity, we had some dinky little vanity that could maybe house a hair dryer. The extended the bathroom about three feet moved our master bedroom wall, added a closet at the end of our hall way with beautiful french doors. This project could have been a nightmare. There design team had common sense, when it came to layout and practicality. It took them 3 weeks start to finish and they kept to there schedule and original contract price. All the MegaPros were great once we save enough money we will definitely welcome them back into our home.”
