“I would highly recommend Jack and his team to anyone! And already have! Our neighbors recommended him to us after their bathroom reno and our other neighbors will be using him in the fall for theirs. He’s the best! We renovated 2.5 bathrooms this spring with Jack. His quote came in where we were hoping which was great. But more importantly for us was the quality of the work and ease of working with him and his team. Jack is very responsive, timely, and always follow through, which we have learned is difficult to find. Whenever I got stressed, Jack always remained calm and addressed any concerns right away. Truly Jack and his team were a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again for any future projects! (See pics of Northern Liberties bathrooms for our reno)”

“We hired Anthony to design and renovate our small South Philly basement. He and his team (big shout out to my main man Chuck!) did an amazing job. It required some significant D&E and juggling several different teams. Anthony was on the job and available 24/7, keeping us up to date via text, emails and phone calls. He worked quickly and used his extensive connections to find us quality products on a budget. When issues popped up totally unrelated to his work, Anthony worked with our previous contractors to identify the issue, come up with a solution, and got them to pay 100% of the cost. Without Anthony we would have been out of luck! To this day, we go back to Anthony with questions and requests for recommendations and he always comes through. Like our concierge contractor! Hire Anthony, you'll be happy you did! (Yes I'm a real person and no I'm not a blood relative - have Anthony put me in touch with you if you need a reference)”

“Cordeiro Construction is absolutely amazing! They do the most beautiful patio at my home complete with a full outdoor kitchen with granite countertops, built in grill, sink, mini refrigerator and gas fire pit. Eduardo was very professional, easy to work with and his prices are great! I have used him for many other projects and will continue to use him in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!!!”

“My husband and I purchased a circa 1870 carriage barn that was in complete disrepair. The goal was to return it to its prior grandeur while making a stunning residence and equestrian facility for our horses. This was an extensive and complex project of coping with an existing, historical structure and all the challenges that creates, while making sure all modern ammenities were included. The structure was completely gutted, however, care was taken in demolition to keep artifcacts to be used in completion. Our contractor shared our vision and passion to include historic touches throughout the project - and they even offered their own creativity along the way. It was truly a joint effort. The completed project exceeded our expectations and it has been such a wonderful place to call home for us and our horses, and to entertain with family and friends.”

“I did a huge amount of building with Orion. I got to know several of the head contractors and we became best friends. Their hands on knowledge and work ethic was excellent. I was extremely impressed by all their subs, and the whole process, which lasted several years was not too painful because of the fun we had. It's all in the people, and Orion has a great bunch of people. We've had small "new construction" issues, and they have responded immediately to my calls.”

“Great guys! They designed and built for us a stone patio, steps and a retaining wall. The end result is perfect! They matched an existing patio and the design flows as if the work they did, was always there. Very polite, patient, artistic and reliable, budget conscious etc......”

“I have had Steven Fritz do multiple projects for me, and they have all been fantastic. His level of artisanship is unmatched. He has just completed an upscale marble bath for me, and it is gorgeous. The tile work and carpentry are fantastic. He has also fabricated multi- piece moulding for my living room that is so precise you would think it is original to the house. . I live in a historic (1760) home, and I wouldn't trust anyone but Fritz Carpentry & Contracting to do work on it.”
