“A bathtub overflowed, resulting in lots of damage to the floor below. To make sure no mold took hold, air holes were put in the ceiling below the bathtub and baseboards and carpet were ripped up. All of this damage needed to be repaired so our condo would look like a home again. HandyWorks Remodeling was hired to repair the damage. What a fantastic job they did! When HandyWorks left, my condo looked like a home again. There were no signs of the bathtub overflow - ceilings were repaired, baseboards replaced, walls painted and carpet relaid. Thank goodness for the hard work of HandyWorks Remodeling. The owner, Keith Santora, would stop to check the progress of the work and to make sure everything was done correctly. Thanks to the excellent workmanship of Handiworks Remodeling, the damage from the bath tub overflow was repaired correctly and my condo looks like a home again. I hope I never have another tub overflow, but if I did, I know who'd I hire to repair the damage - HandyWorks Remodeling.”

“Go Green Construction was contracted to remove and replace our 30 year old roof on our home and pool house. The work also included installing a metal gazebo on our deck. Mr. Marku was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail including contingency plans for water damage if found. His quote, certificate of insurance and references arrived promptly after our meeting. His pricing was comparable with other quotes we had received. The work commenced on schedule. Mr. Marku kept me completely informed as the job progressed providing me with photographs of rotten plywood and the unexpected water damage to our chimney. He and his crew completed all the work in a timely fashion and when they were done, the entire yard and driveway were cleaned completely of any roofing debris and nails. The new roof is beautiful and the flashing around our large chimney is artwork. We feel confident knowing that we hired a quality craftsman who stands by his work for years to come. We highly recommend Go Green Construction”

“We have worked with River Shore Building Services and Patrick for the past 10 years on multiple projects in both our office building and our home. The first was construction of a handicapped access ramp and stairway at the office as well as the renovation of two public rest rooms. In our home Patrick worked with us a major kitchen upgrade/renovation. On every project he was so easy and pleasant to work with, reliable, honest, very knowledgeable and highly skilled and a good listener.Whether it was a window replacement, new counter top, cabinetry, flooring, lighting, plumbing, electricity and painting his suggestions were most helpful.. The quality of his workmanship and selection of materials was excellent. We highly recommend RSBS with no reservation.”
