“I highly recommend Phoenix Construction. I was interested in having the siding and roof replaced due to aging. I received 3 estimates for the work and Phoenix was the most complete and within my budget. The suggestions provided by Joe R. the owner were most useful and did not add to the cost of the job. He gave excellent advice in regards to the color of the siding and roof. His recommendations included a dry well to eliminate a previous flooding and icing conditions. Joe also recommended replacing a door to match all the new siding and roof. The work was done in a timely manner and done to the satisfaction of my wife and I. Even after the work was done Joe, noticed a couple of items that were not up to his standards and made his workers correct them to his satisfaction. Once again his work was excellent and my neighbor so impressed with his work that he hired him and was as pleased with his work as well.”

“Jakub recently repaired a leak in my mudroom and replaced all of the damaged drywall and trim. He and his team are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I spoke to a few people before hiring him, all of whom blew the scope of the project out of proportion - I appreciated his well informed approach to fixing the problem in the most efficient and straightforward way. “We are currently working with DDS on a significant exterior project that includes; roof, siding, masonry, and landscape design and we could not be happier with the services that are being provided! The attention to detail and professionalism is unparalleled. We have had several contractors provide us estimates and simply hand us a catalog to select materials with no guidance whatsoever. Edwin approached the project from an artistic point of view and was able to provide us with an image of what the house would look like upon completion which literally took all of the guess work out of the equation. Their team of contractors are very mild mannered and approachable and take the extra time each day to clean up and leave the work area spotless. We are beyond thrilled that we chose DDS for this project and look forward to our house being the envy of the block upon completion!”
