“After purchasing our mantel that was to be the centerpiece of our family room, we realized it is not an easy task hanging a 200 pound piece of wood. I was referred to Jim by a friend, and it was clear that he was a qualified professional and was very easy to work with. He was quick to respond, and due to his prior experience, he had a clear plan on how to complete the installation. The finished product looks amazing and we will be using him in the near future for our kitchen remodel.”

“The garage door walk-thru literally fell apart. Boyd Restoration came in, measured the area, looked at what work would need to be done, and ordered a custom door to replace what had been there. I paid for the door when it was ordered, and paid for the labor on completion. This was my choice, Mr. Boyd did not request payment first. Boyd Restoration does excellent work, the way my father would have done it. It is not sloppy or thrown together. Extra care is taken in the finished project so that the home looks good. I found Brian Boyd to be honest, and has a good reputation and work ethic. I recommend Boyd Restoration for any project you may have around your home or business.”

“Randy Green is absolutely the best! We are extremely pleased with the work he and his men did. We cannot say enough about his professionalism, his skill as a contractor and carpenter, and his commitment to his customers. He is highly skilled, helpful, honest, personable, and determined to do the best job possible for his customers. As a hands-on contractor working alongside his two excellent assistants, Rich and Rick, he did extensive renovations on our basement, second floor, and exterior lighting. The work was top-notch and under-budget. Randy coordinated the work by the plumbers, electricians, drywallers, insulators, tile setters, and painters, hiring top-quality tradesmen whose attention to detail and proficiency were evident. We have had numerous house projects prior to hiring Randy; his talent and professionalism far exceed any of the others we have hired. Randy was always available to answer questions or to take care of any problems that arose. We will certainly hire him for any future work. He is a gem!”

“MJ Brown Renovations LLC completely remodeled our Master bathroom, master closet, large deck, and re-engineered and corrected a support beam error by another contractor. My wife and I are completely satisfied with their Professionalism, quality of work, reasonable price, end of the day clean up, and prompt reply to all our questions. In fact Matt Brown would even stay at our home while I was out of town due to work, so my wife would not have to come home after work to a dark house and would even take our dogs out for us. M J Brown is the only home contractor we will use in the future!”

“Bill did tenant improvement to my commercial 1910 building. It was an old house, then an office and he converted it to a gorgeous pie shop. His attention to details day one impressed me above anyone I had previously worked with. It personally got under the building (narrow and dirty crawl space), got up in the attic and sized the building up before he put together the bid. We discussed what we were looking for. He came back with incredible drawings, we tweaked them together, he worked with us on our budget and was fair and reasonable. He was respectful of the area, keep the space inside and out clean during the renovation. During this time, we found the original 1910 wood floors....we had to save them.....we did! thank you Bill! I whole heartedly recommend this man, his team and his contractors.”

“We were looking to do a remodel/demolition/add-on, and didn't know where to find a builder that we could trust would do a good job for us. Then a highly respected farmer in our area was having a remodeling project done by Hallmark, and we knew we had found our builder! Right from the first meeting, we felt comfortable that we had a company that understood all the things we desired in a home. They gave us ideas we had not thought of, and at the second meeting were pretty much pleased with the drawings, hardly any changes to be made! We were set up with a project manager that was a perfect fit; he was always available and on the site several times a week. We trusted him to tackle any unforeseen problems, and he and the quality of the subs was always very professional. There were some delays that we weren't expecting, some due to weather and some due to scheduling conflicts, but in the end....we've got a beautiful quality-built custom home that we love. Thank you, Hallmark Homes for giving me the farm home I only used to dream about!”
