“Most General Contractors are ok until a change order is needed and than the problems begin with cost over runs and a delayed project. Fortunately with the owner of Hulton Development, he was very good at communicating the process and costs associated with the project and when the project had an unexpected change order, Thomas made it work and was efficient at making our concerns, his concerns. We appreciate working with a professional.”

“We have now completed three different projects with James O'Keefe and his BuildMasters Construction Inc., and I can say that I would not go with any other general contractor! He and his crew do impeccable work, are dependable, keep the client up to date on time and budget issues. He has great communication, is clear on his timeline so that we can order materials in a timely manner, and he is very detail-oriented. This project, a whole house remodel, shows up in his Houzz profile as "Encinitas Beach Remodel," and everyone concerned has said what a great job he's done. Finally, we have had 3 local real estate professionals tour the house, and every one of them has asked if we would share the name of our contractor. We continue to happily state that we are once again extremely satisfied with James O'Keefe and BuildMasters Contracting.”

“As one of the top photographers in the field of architectural spaces, I've traveled the world and seen the best construction one can imagine. On many occasions I've had the pleasure of spending time photographing projects built by SoCal Contractor. From a $14,000,000 in the Hollywood Hills home to many A-list celebrities, to a 3 acre Spanish Revival estate on world famous Laurel Canyon, to more modest loft style homes, to desert retreats, to beach front residences, SoCal Contractor nails it every time. The work is varied and unique, with attention to the smallest detail making the projects stand out among other high end spaces. Two of the projects I shot for SoCal Contractor made it to the covers of national magazines. I've also had the pleasure of meeting the owners of the homes and they have only wonderful things to say about the SoCal team and you can clearly see they are beaming with pride over their enviable homes. I personally know the owner of SoCal Contractor, Roy, and can tell you, he is a stand up guy who really enjoys what he does. “I've been working with Brad now for a number of years as his photographer, and over that time have photographed numerous finished projects, and can attest to the attention to detail he gives each and every job. I always look forward to shooting one of his projects, as I know everything will ready to go, (even having all of the lights on prior to my arrival)! Brad always includes some extremely nice upgrades not often found in most homes, particularly built-in iPads that control specific features within the home, and in-closet safes that provide a great level of security. I can't recommend working with Brad and San Diego City Homes enough, and I look forward to making his next project shine!”

“I had the most amazing experience with Brikho Construction & Developments. They built out my restaurant and did a phenomenal and clean job. Rami updated me with the developments with every step of the way and made sure everything was done perfectly the first time around. Very professional to say the least. I own a few restaurants and going with this construction company has been one of the best business decisions I’ve made. Definitely hiring them again for my next job.”

“I hired AJC Construction Services to remodel my apartment after a leak occurred, he got the job done ensuring the apartment was throughly dried before he begun the work. Not only where was the final results amazing but customer service was excellent. He answered all my questions, even the not so smart ones. He was very calm, when I was not, kept me up to speed what was happening with my insurance company as well as the progress of the work. At the tail end of the work I had AJC making executive decisions that exceeded my expectations. My condo is a rental, by the end of the job, they had me wanting to move in there. He went above and beyond expectation, very happy with everything.”
