“I needed my whole house remodeled so we can list it for sale. I found Spectrum One on Angie's List and called their office to schedule an estimate. The lady who picked up the phone told me that there is a fee of $125 for Spectrum's estimators to come out which afterwards will get credited to me when Spectrum starts the job. I paid the fee via credit card and the lady scheduled the appointment the next day. Paul and Daniel came to my house right on time, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They took all the necessary measurements, pictures, and answered my questions about the whole process (I had some questions about the permit process and other things which I wasn't sure about), and in couple of days I received a reasonable quote. The estimate was very detailed and included everything we've discussed. I called Spectrum's office with some questions and got all clarifications I needed prior the work started. Spectrum pulled the permit 3 days after we signed the contract and the crew came out to do the demolition. All the workers who came to my house were very professional, they worked hard, and would always clean up after themselves, which I really appreciated. Spectrum One has done an amazing job remodeling my whole house from inside and outside. They really pay attention to detail. I loved the fact that if I had any questions or concerns I could contact the office and the sweetest staff would accommodate me with the world class customer service. I can't express how happy I am with making the choice to go with Spectrum One. They were absolutely amazing on all the aspects (administrative and construction). They took care of all of my needs and met all of my expectations! Thank you Spectrum One. I will differently recommend them to all of my friends and family and will use their services again when we are ready for our next project!”

“We used Noor Construction for our 2 bedroom house bathrooms and kitchen remodel, flooring, paint and so many other work, and we have loved the results. The initial quote was very reasonable and detailed, giving us a lot of flexibility and insights into the various trade offs we could make. We were very happy with the project, which finished on time and on budget. We worked closely with Omar who were excellent, responsive, and professional. He was great problem solver and worked well with the appliance, countertop, flooring and cabinets, making sure that the final results had the highest quality. Paint was amazing. “My fiancé and I moved into a house built in 2008. While the house was still in good condition, the kitchen itself needed a facelift. I reached out to O'Reilly's and had a consultation with Randy. He gave me several options on what I can upgrade in order to make an ugly old-style kitchen look like a new 2022 modern kitchen - I opted to upgrade the oak cabinets and the old two-basin sink. Cabinets; He turned my crusty old oak cabinets into modernistic white cabinets in less than two weeks! I couldn't be happier with the results. The kitchen itself looks less like a dungeon, and now looks like sunshines and rainbows (no actual rainbow colors, it is white and much brighter). The sink; it was a two-basin sink. I wanted a large one-basin sink. Randy went to town and quickly changed the sink. He also noticed that the disposer was on its last legs and leaking, and offered to change that, too. During this time, Randy was transparent with everything he was doing to ensure that I was in the loop and was at ease. He's punctual, honest, and does not give you the run-around. Also, very easy to reach if I had questions regarding maintaining the upgrades. I will certainly return to O'Reilly's if I need other projects done.”

“We have used Tom to do a number of remodel and construction jobs for us over the years. He worked on our present home to correct the wiring (it's amazing the house had not burned down!), put in an additional closet, changed the lighting in the kitchen and much more before we moved in. He brought our master bath design to completion that included having to lower the drain for the shower so we could have a linear drain, relocate plumbing lines no longer needed with the removal of the tub, installed the new cabinets, did all the tile work, and kept the site clean each day before he left. We have always depended on him to do it all and do it well! When we had a plumbing leak in our rental he was there to put the foundation back, do the needed sheet rocking, painting and tile work so it looks like it never happened. We know when we call him, his prices will be fair and he shows up as agreed- two really big things to consider when hiring a contractor!”
