Brent Chomack did a complete reno on Lochside for my clients, creating a walk-in closet and master on-suite for the Mbedroom. He totally remodelled three bathrooms, finished a media room and opened a kitchen wall to allow a full ocean view. Brent is working on another project right now and all I can say that my clients and I are extremely happy with his fair pricing and his attention to detail. His integrity is par none.”

“I needed a paint job and baseboard for my bathroom apartment. The paint job looked fantastic and Mao's team went above and beyond in removing some extra stuff that was hooked on the walls. In the end the job was done thoroughly, timely, and very clean. Upon providing me a quote, he also had some great recommendations in terms of what needed to be done and what not. Thank you!”

“Samson Homes renovated my condo bathroom. They took out the bathtub and replaced it with a walk in shower as well as replace the toilet and vanity. In addition they replaced the lighting and the exhaust fan. All new tile on the walls and floor were installed and new towel racks, switches, and hardware were installed. Overall I was extremely pleased with the work which Samson Homes provided. The work was done in a timely manner and was on budget. Most of all I was impressed with the attention to detail they took and the cleanup they provided at the end of the job. I would highly recommend Samson Homes to anyone looking for renovation work. C. “I contracted Coastline to replace most of the siding on my house. They did the new rain screen and installed corrugated steel siding. They did an excellent job and the crew where a good bunch to work with. Only complaint is that the job took significantly longer than scheduled. It was on budget. I would work with them again.”

“Overall I would definitely recommend these guys. Work Performed: 2nd floor Decking (Ceder Back yard), Rear Patio (Face lift) and Stairwell (interior) along with some retaining walls in the yard for landscaping and some minor cosmetic stain and painting (exterior and interior). The quality was top notch and performed on time. Additionally the service was flexible - some later hours were put in after I changed my mind mid-project on a couple of small points. Even with these changes the quote came in on budget at just a hair under 12k. Input from owner/operator Mike at the quoting stage was really helpful - he was able to explain the in and outs of the project and detail to me the work required in layman's terms. Knowledgeable and friendly, but most importantly honest and upfront - I was apprehensive at first to have the work done as it was a significant investment for me. I have heard horror stories of jobs being done by the bigger companies and projects coming in way over budget. It was nice to be able to have this done by a small local company instead of one of the big boys and at a competitive price. My Realtor told me that when I sell the house next summer my 12k investment should yield approx. a 25K return on the sale of the property - I'll take that any day of the week. I will be using these guys if there are any issues on the house I buy next year. Steve Golberg”
