The contract clearly defined the work to be done and the amount I was to pay. I added work afterward, and Chris gave me more than a fair price for it. “Mary & John Larkin were my GC for my contruction project in 2012. We did a small renovation that included a foyer extension, new deck, new interior staircase, molding, doors, flooring, roofing, masonery, new windows, etc. They did a wonderful job and were a pleasure to work with. Their staff was fantastic. And what I loved was that they always went the extra mile. I always felt like I was in good hands and Mary & John were extremely creative in the finishing touches that allowed me to stay on budget.”

“Finding Paul was a god-sent. We had a contract to purchase a home that needed serious renovation. Unfortunately the closing date kept slipping, leaving us with only eight weeks before the start of school. Paul was there the day after the closing with a dumpster, and he and his crew tackled the job like pros. I knew from day one, we were in good hands. Paul is easy to work with, reliable, trustworthy and has great design suggestions. His whole crew is talented, polite and clean up at the end of every day! Thanks again.”
