I wasn’t really even sure what I was going for with my bathroom remodel and he was amazing with guiding me on ideas with what’s modern, traditional or a mix of both. “Our house had water seepage coming into the basement. Which meant that we had to remove all of our perimeter walls and flooring for the concrete to be broken up. After going through a few consultations we hired Rufarro Remodeling & Maintenance to refinish the basement. And without hesitation we would hire them again. We worked together and made all of our thoughts come to reality. They exceeded our wildest dreams. Martiez and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and worked in a timely manner. The crew was here everyday working a full day with no lag time. They were a pleasure to work with and they will be the one I call for our next project!”

“Woody and the team at Post Services Inc showed a great level of care and skill. From the talented workers who built it to the project leaders who looked after every small thing, each person did more than was needed to give top-notch quality. The makeover of our kitchen not only changed how the entire first floor looks but it also maximized the space, giving us more storage than we ever thought we could have. From recommended appliances to custom cabinets and shelving down to the quartz countertops, every part was picked with care to make it look good and work well. The finished kitchen goes beyond what we hoped for.”

“It was a pleasure working with A & M General Contracting, they were hired to do a gut rehab on my building and the entire process was smooth and painless which doesn't happen often during gut rehab construction. Whenever I had an issue or change request I was able to get the owner on the phone and have these things scheduled to be completed within that same day. All the work was done professionally, clean, and 100% according to my stamped and approved drawings. I often visited my job site while A & M was working and tools were not sprawled out everywhere creating trip hazards, and at the end of every work day the site was completely free of any debris or trash. I'm not sure what anyone is looking for when selecting a contractor but if its a professional company that does the work right and fast and has great customer service then A and M General Contracting is the way to go.”

“Our bathroom remodeling in Chicago could not have gone smoother. Villa has great remodeling contractors in Chicago that offered amazing ideas and solutions to give us the bathroom that went beyond our dreams. When we told them what we wanted, they paid attention and we love everything they came up with. While some ideas would have put us over our budget, they were able to make changes on the fly to accommodate what we wanted in a different way to keep costs down. For any bathroom renovations in Chicago, we recommend Villa.”
