“Major renovations at our second home in Brandon, VT. Required complete redesign and reconstruction of the space on the first floor with partial redesign of the second floor with new bathroom added. It was a pleasure to work with Cliff and his crew of Three Oaks Construction and the several sub-contractors that he brought in for various specialized tasks that were part of this major renovation project. Every individual, whether directly on Cliff’s team or part of a sub-contractor’s team, was someone who took pride in their workmanship in every detail that was part of this project and it was obvious to us as we progressed. Even though the renovation was designed with blue-prints supplied by the designer, we got numerous suggestions for alternate approaches from Cliff and his team as the project progressed. Several of these ideas made the alteration have better utility or looks or both. Being in a situation where we had time since we did not have a hard deadline when we were planning on moving into the space, we were able to consider and assess several of the alternatives and act upon the ones we saw most suitable for us. Overall, it was a great experience working with a crew of people who were always pleasant to work with and ready to listen to suggestions and/or questions that arose as the renovations progressed. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Cliff and his entire crew for any construction or carpentry work.”

The layout, mill work, tiling, paint, fixtures, stonework and landscaping is above and beyond - as if it was customized just for us, when in reality we purchased the new build after it was finished. No stone was left unturned and every detail was thoroughly planned out. We would hands down recommend PLP to anyone looking to build or purchase their forever home.”

“Razzano Homes and Remodelers remodeled my dark, sectioned off house and made it the stunning, open concept home I have always wanted for my family to grow old in. The entire process with Dan was smooth, informative, and reliable with communication every day at a minimum. Dan was very accommodating when receiving calls from me during the process and always ensured I was satisfied with the work as it progressed. The project was completed in a timely fashion with meticulous attention to detail and precision. The entire job was finished within our budget and the estimated time for completion originally discussed. The entire team of Razzano Homes was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very customer focused. Dan and his team were extremely accommodating when asked to incorporate changes and additions not included in the original scope of work, and still managed to remain on schedule. When the job was complete, any remaining material or debris was removed, leaving behind our newly renovated home to enjoy for years to come. It was a pleasure to deal with such high caliber people and I look forward to working with them on all of my future projects – I highly recommended Dan Razzano and his team for any job you may have, no matter how big or small. -Troy B”

“Cousins Construction replaced the roof on our 1200 sq ft(not the roof dimensions) home in a timely fashion(1 day) at a reasonable price($5200) with friendly and professional staff. They even had someone come back a couple weeks later to seal off some areas of our roof because a bat had gotten into the house. We are very happy with their service.”
