“We interviewed 5 companies and requested full quotes from 3 to do our family home addition (3 bedrooms, lounge room, bathroom, kitchenette, Laundry and carport). From those we chose Sonic Construction to do the work and could not have been happier with the entire experience. We have done 8 projects over the years in NSW ranging from renovations to complete house builds and this has been by far the easiest one! We moved from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast where we did not know anyone, and so had to chose based on the quote and the interaction we had with each company before hand. We did not have complete architects plans for Todd, owner of Sonic Construction, to work with, which meant that the project needed someone who could communicate effectively and honestly with us - which he did. He is passionate about the work he does and is dedicated to producing something that both the client and he are happy with. He managed many difficult aspects of our build with patience, creativity and effective solutions to the challenges! He was at all times professional with a vast amount of building knowledge. The quality of work is excellent and he met all deadlines and worked within the budget.
