“I live in New Jersey and have a few properties in Massachusetts. I needed work done on two of my properties. I normally send my team of guys up there when work or repairs are needed but this time I couldn't because of poor timing. I spoke to a handful of contractors over the phone. When I spoke to Chris from Develop X Properties, he reached my comfort level in the first minute of our convo. He assured me the work would be done within my budget and in a timely fashion. The most important part is that he kept me updated throughout the whole process. Chris was very responsive and very transparent. They did a fabulous job on both of my properties. “We have used Carlos previously at our old house and he did a great job as we redid both bathrooms and installed new cabinets . His best quality is that he shows up EVERY day and is super detailed and responsive. His work is top notch and is very considerate by always cleaning up and taking his shoes off. He just refinished our basement in our new house and it looks amazing. Carlos is great at what he does but he is a better person. I cannot recommend him enough. I’m looking for more jobs so I can work with him again.”

“I have worked with Covenant Construction on several projects around the North Shore during the last 2 decades. I have always found Matt and Marlin, and the whole crew for that matter a pleasure to work with. Their work is top notch and inspiring. In my profession as a landscape designer/contractor there are always challenges to custom work. I have found Covenant to be very creative problem solvers who always put forth excellent, beautiful craftsmanship. They are honest, bright and have a level of care devoted to their clients that is uncommon. They are genuinely nice people. If you are a homeowner who is interested in a remodel or a brand new home I would highly recommend Covenant Construction.”

“I used Clear Cut Design for a wet bar in our dining room and built in cabinets in our powder room. They both came out beautiful. His work is amazing quality and excellent craftsmanship. I appreciate his attention to detail and helpful feedback when I had questions while designing the built ins. He was extremely professional and personable throughout the entire experience. I would absolutely hire him again for my own home or my interior design clients.”

“Joe Sa and his son Fabio did outstanding work for my wife and I. They did what they said they would, for the price they quoted and in the time frame they committed to. They built a beautiful rock and slate wall for the front of our Cambridge MA, house. The final product exceeded our expectations and has received many compliments from our neighbors – the wall looks like it has been there forever, it perfectly compliments our house Joe and Fabio are fine craftsmen who take a tremendous amount of pride in their work. After a few days of working with them, it was clear they were going to build something that they were proud to put their name on. They are also a real pleasure to work with, patiently explaining what they were doing and discussing potential modifications to our original plan.
