“Out of the 4 contractors that I interviewed and explained what I would like in my kitchen, Mike was the only one who knew immediately. He then proceeded to sketch out my kitchen right in front of me, exactly how I envisioned it. The trades people for cabinets (Samantha), flooring, electrical, drywall ( Kelly), painter all were very knowledgeable about their products and installation for cabinets was above and beyond. Mike has been very professional, honest and caring in his dealings with us. What he quoted was exactly what we paid , except a couple things I changed we paid extra for. Mike knew we were on a budget and he proceeded most economically and efficiently for us. Started demo Nov 2/21 finished Nov 30/21 , with a few touch ups in December. Would highly recommend this company, If you want it done properly and done right Bella Rosa Developments is the choice.”

“Cross Country Builders are extremely knowledgable and experienced with creating and building custom homes. Their team of trades people are true craftsmen who are passionate about their work and it shows in quality and detail. Most important to us was that our home was on time and on budget and, we had regular communication with the team. This included formal build meetings at specific completion points to our very frequent phone calls or emails - and they always answered their phone or promptly returned a message. They worked hard for us, advocated for our needs when necessary and ensured our money was spent on what mattered to us. I will build with them again but until then, my next call to Cross Country will be a renovation project!”

“I have had the opportunity to visit the HRD show home in Genesis on the lake (Stony Plain) and the house is a masterpiece. While at the show home, during an open house I was able to talk to another home owner that has hired HRD to build a home and they told me that the level of perfectionism that they witnessed while HRD was building their home was like none they have ever seen. It shows. Their showhome is breathtaking. I have also had the opportunity to be on site with the builders during construction and can easily say that the level of expertise and attention to detail is beyond comparable to traditional builders. I want my next home to be built by HRD.”

“#OutstandingWorkmanship: #Trustworthy; #GreatValue; #LGBTQfriendly#Modern; #Clean I have had a two reno projects done so far in my 1942 Home by Ken at #Meyerhomeinc. and both have been completed beyond my expectations. This house at its age has its challenges and all of them were overcome successfully. All the work was been completed in a timely manner and was kept within budget. Very Clean !!!! I would recommend Meyer Homes Inc. to anyone looking for trustworthy contractor.”

“First Avenue built our new house. They build a great house. They stay on top of their trades and they have excellent customer service. However, e real test of a home builder comes when they hand over the keys and get their money. This is where they have been outstanding. They stand behind their product and have it repaired in a very timely fashion. They arrive for the inspections on e assigned dates. Overall, it has been an excellent experience! First Avenue is a first rate operation!”
