“Meeting Joe, Anthony, Tor and the entire crew from ZANO was honestly one of the best things that could have happened... Not only did they do an incredible job on a very tough time line for a basement legalization space they are just some of the nicest people we have worked with. They went above and beyond in every possible way and the entire crew was delightful to work with. Legalizing an already finished basement was a very difficult project but they guided us through it through every step of the way and we could not be happier with the finished work! The next time I have any sort of project... there is no doubt we will work with ZANO again.”

“Their crew painted the entire upstairs of my home and removed wallpaper and painted 3 bathrooms. They were helpful in picking out colors to coordinate the décor of each room. The workmanship was wonderful and they are professional, respectful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. They make sure each room is back in the same order down to the paintings on the walls. Excellent job!”

“The people at Gatehouse Partners are terrific. Our home was destroyed by super storm Sandy and we had to start new. Randy, Jose and their team of contractors got us back into our new home within 6 months of breaking ground. They communicated with us every step of the way and kept our costs under control. In that 6 months, there was never an idle day. Not only did they get the project done in a timely fashion, but the quality of construction is extraordinary. I get compliments every day on our new home and after living there for the past 2 years I can honestly say that there were no shortcuts. “David Estreich Architects is just finishing a challenging Manhattan renovation project with J.F. Roesemann Builders, and we could not be more pleased with the result. The project involved the creation of a highly detailed jewel box-like space with refined finishes including limestone marble and woodwork integrated with new sophisticated lighting, mechanical and communications systems. John and Samantha's experience, aesthetic discernment, technical knowledge, and warm interpersonal skills were the lynchpin of this project's success. Over the past 35 years or so, we've worked with a number of contractors who cater to the very high end of residential architecture and interiors. We easily put J.F. Roesemann Builders in the top group. We look forward to many more collaborations with John and Samantha.”
