“I highly recommend Venteicher Renovations! Raelene and Joe helped us create the home of our dreams! They have an amazing eye for detail and ensured our project was well organized and went smoothly. There was one cabinet stain color that didn’t turn out exactly as I wanted and they were kind enough to get them repaired after we wrapped up the project- that is unheard of in the world of renovations and contractors!! Joe and Raelene are very caring, honest, responsive and professional- we had a great experience with them! Raelene is also a designer with amazing taste, I found her expertise and recommendations invaluable during our build process. Before meeting them, I worked with a designer to create renders of what I wanted, and they executed everything perfectly! I am including some pictures below of the renders and final outcomes. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and couldn’t recommend Venteicher Renovations enough!”

“I recently hired newZone to repair the carpet on my stairs in my residence. The company was responsive and provided an estimate that was in line with the final costs. The technician/worker was very courteous and wore a mask the entire time. He was very methodical in the work and constantly cleaning. He even cleaned up original construction dirt under the carpet and padding and was careful to remove all staples as well. They used my original carpet and padding left over for original install. The fixed work that was poorly done by a prior service company. I highly recommend their work.”

“This is the second remodel project we have done with USI Remodeling. Our master bath and bedroom project went so well and the results were so overwhelming, there was no decision in who we were going to use for our kitchen. Chris and Gordon are great listeners. They listen first and present recommendations after carefully considering several options, and their recommendations always hit the mark. Our kitchen was in need of a serious facelift and improvement to functionality. The final product is warm and inviting, modern functionality with a traditional look. It is the central meeting place in our house and everyone compliments us on its breathtaking design and flawless attention to detail. We recommend USI to everyone, and will continue to use them on all of our remodeling needs. I sum up Chris and Gordon this way, "Chris and Gordon are promise keepers."”
