She was very cutting edge in the designs, very professional, very thorough in research, cost conscious, creative, pleasant to work with. Can't say enough good about this talented young lady. We definitely would recommend her !! and we plan to hire her for future projects !!”

“We've just begun working on a third construction job with Kuhn's Contracting. We fully remodeled two bathrooms and an office in years past. We're back again because of the high quality, attention to detail and trust that has been established in working with Tony and his crew. This time we're working on a kitchen, bathroom, mudroom remodel. The scope of the project means we'll be spending plenty of time with the team from Kuhn's Construction. So thankful that we know they will continue to be courteous, honest, prompt and that we'll be kept in the loop with the progress of our project. Can't wait to see the finished product! They do great work!!!”

“We hired Gemini to complete some major remodeling in the upstairs of our split level - bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. They combined 2 small bedrooms into a large master bedroom with walk-in closet - moving doors and closets in the hall and other bedroom. They combined 2 small bathrooms in to one large bathroom with updated features. They demolished a defined three room living, dining, and kitchen into a large open area with support beams in the ceiling to hold the load. New open kitchen area is unbelievable - cabinet design and layout, granite countertops, and tile floor combination is warm, classy, and beautiful. Gemini did a good job dealing with all our changes through the project. They were friendly, professional and always cleaned up after themselves. Excellent quality and good people to work with.”

“Zachary Builders have done two improvement projects for us. They tore off an old deck and intalled a new deck with a pergala. They did an excellent job. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. Working with them we were able to have a usable outside space. The second project was a complete kitchen remodel that upgraded my 30 year-old kitchen. They were able to increase the usable counter space and storage space. I highly recommend them for your projects.”

“Built two custom homes with Bob Webb. Each home was impeccable. Upon re-sale, each home inspector commented that "Bob Webb homes are always very well built," and both home inspections resulted in NO request for repairs! Our homes were completed at the exact price we were told to expect as well. The team was very up front with us and excellent with communication and responsiveness throughout the entire process. They also stood by their craftsmanship during the entire time we lived in the homes. We are so comfortable and impressed, we would build with Bob Webb again in a heartbeat!”

“From the first moments we began working with Krista and the team at Premier Living Homes, we knew we had made the right choice. They were transparent about their work, offering multiple references, and we were even able to visit homes of previous clients. It should be noted that Premier Living Homes received glowing reviews from those customers as well. Through multiple iterations of plans and debates about the finishes in our home, Krista was patient and professional, offering insight based on both her experience and on our needs. She took the time to understand us as a family and ask what we wanted to do with the space. She never shied away from telling us if something wasn't a good idea, and she always had an alternative that was better suited for our needs. “Mr Zara, we had significant sub floor water damage, both CORE and ZARA did an outstanding job fixing the water damage and repairing the floor, including installing new core-tec flooring. The workers were on time everyday. Jared the team leader did an excellent job coordinating the repairs with his crew. The crews showed considerable respect for each other. We would recommend both companies to anyone needinf quality workmanship. Thanks goes to Rick and Nancy with CORE for their hardwork as well. Sincerely Jack & Ruby Linthwaite”

“I had this company out for an estimate to remove a Shed/Building from my property. From the time we met EVERYTHING that was discussed and agreed upon was done in an orderly and efficient manner. The workers treated my property as their own. They kept me informed of the progress all day and cleaned up everything. When finished you could not tell there had been activity in my yard.”
