“I highly recommend Innovative Design Concepts for any organization or individual seeking outstanding architectural/design services. Our organization worked with Chris over a three year period to design a major renovation to our structure which was over 60 years old and was severely outdated. Chris worked with us to prepare a new site plan, exterior elevations, and floor plan, including a 2D color rendering of the project. Throughout our engagement with Chris, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and resourceful in addressing our concerns and some of the constraints of our project (space, cost). He came to us with creative solutions and ultimately the final product was visually stunning and exactly what we needed from a functional perspective. We also found Chris and his colleagues to be extremely responsive to our questions and needs, and very open to our feedback. IDCI's professionalism and outstanding customer service really made the design process smooth and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to hire IDCI again. Thank you Chris!”

“A little late with this review, but these guys definitely needed to be complimented. We did a complete small bathroom remodeling project last year and we contacted these gentlemen for their services. They did a wonderful, professional, on-time job for us and we will definitely be looking at using them for our future larger bathroom project. They changed out floors, shower, shower doors, walls, sink, toilet, vanity, mirror and did an outstanding job and took owner changes or concerns in stride. Very courteous and clean and followed their estimate closely. I recommend R Brand Homes for home upgrades and remodeling projects wholeheartedly.”

“It was a pleasure working with A & M General Contracting, they were hired to do a gut rehab on my building and the entire process was smooth and painless which doesn't happen often during gut rehab construction. Whenever I had an issue or change request I was able to get the owner on the phone and have these things scheduled to be completed within that same day. All the work was done professionally, clean, and 100% according to my stamped and approved drawings. I often visited my job site while A & M was working and tools were not sprawled out everywhere creating trip hazards, and at the end of every work day the site was completely free of any debris or trash. I'm not sure what anyone is looking for when selecting a contractor but if its a professional company that does the work right and fast and has great customer service then A and M General Contracting is the way to go.”

“Zambrano Development repaired and painted bay windows built in 1966 to prevent leaks and and improve the outward appearance of the house. They also a rebuilt a wooden gate. The work looks good but of course I am not a good judge and time will tell how long it lasts. I could not always reach them by cell phones. One day the two people I wanted to contact had full mailboxes. Also I would like to have been called on the days when they did not come, even though, yes, I know you can't work outdoors in the rain. Everyone who worked at the house was polite and pleasant. I would recommend this company.”

“US BES was top notch from start to finish. Very professional and detailed proposal followed up by full explanation of the special circumstances of our project. Work dates and times were clearly communicated and adhered to which made our lives much easier as we were managing a full time family during the project. Site was cleaned every day with no materials or garbage left behind and everything was completed on time and on budget. Furthermore, the owner of the Company was on site full time while all the work was being completed, it was not subcontracted out to someone else to complete the project. Would highly recommend US BES for any project you may be contemplating”

“Two years ago I bought a condo in a building that was built in 1939. Not much had been done to the unit since then, and while it is beautiful space, I needed help. Patro Construction came highly recommended and I chose them to do the work. I have heard many rehab horror stories but I was so impressed with this company. Roman has highly qualified people working for him and they did an excellent job. I was concerned about money but the project came in on time, on budget, and the work was exemplary. There was no drama. I got a new kitchen, new wiring, repairs to walls and everything painted (2 coats of paint). The next year I hired Patro Construction to gut my 1939 bathroom and rebuild it. It came in on time, on budget, and it is beautiful. I would hire this company for any new or reconstructive work.”

“Very satisfied with their work on my basement. Professional, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. They were open to suggestions when it came to the specifics of the project. They were quick to remove all of the surplus materials when the job was done. That has been a major issue with previous contractors. Very happy, would use again.”

“Andre and his team did a fantastic job on my kitchen. We had a bad DIY backsplash job that he and his crew were able to take it out and fix the mess that we had made. They hung new drywall, tiled and painted. My kitchen looks amazing and I am so happy with what they were able to do. Also, the crew was on time, they worked fast, and cleaned up. I would recommend Maki Renovation and I would use them again.”

“My wife and I were undertaking an enormous project by gutting and remodeling our entire 5,000 plus sq. ft. house and by sheer luck we were introduced to Conrad and Mark at Formed Space. We truly were lucky. Their experience, organizational skills, craftsmanship, and attention to detail transformed our house into a magazine ready home. Their crew was polite and very trustworthy, and the quality was superb. Given my lack of construction knowledge and that we undertook such a large project, I was vulnerable to unnecessary expenses. But with Conrad, I felt protected through out the whole process. He was always looking out for our best interests. I can't stress how important it is to trust your contractors, and my wife and I trust Formed Space to the highest degree. On top of making our house look absolutely fabulous, they continue to come by our house to fix any minor issues. They place a high level of emphasis on details and take exceptional pride in their work. I will always be working with Formed Space on my future remodeling projects, and I have recommended them to all my family members. I would encourage anyone interested in a remodeling, no matter how big or small, to reach out to Formed Space and discuss your plans. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I am certain you will not be disappointed!!!”
