“I had 40 year old galvanized pipe finally give up, resulting with the kitchen and dining room ceilings falling in, right before our sons wedding, with all sorts of relatives coming to stay at our house. Great timing huh!!! GB Contractors came in an told us not to worry, that we got this. GB contractors did a wonderful job replacing the ceilings, the walls an the crown and base moulding, they ripped out the old counter tops and replaced them. They were able to salvage our 40 year old custom cabinets and refinish them, making them look better than new, they did all the work, all we had to do, was pick paint and tile colors, sinks, faucets and light fixtures, basically we ended up with a 21st century kitchen in a 20th century house and they did all this on time an within budget. Finding fantastic contractors that are good to their word these days can be difficult, my wife an I were very fortunate to find GB Contractors. We need a bathroom redone GB, give me shout when you have time.”

After much research, I hired Unique Builders & Development Inc. From day one, upon meeting Steve, he was completely professional and showed a passion to make my dream kitchen a reality. Steve and his team gave us the incredible experience of watching our dream kitchen emerge from conception to reality. It was an enjoyable experience and no worries about quality, integrity, and honesty…it was there at all times. Their new and creative ideas made our kitchen truly incomparable to any other. They made every effort to discover our personalities and introduce them into all aspects of the remodel, making it uniquely ours. His team demonstrated meticulous craftsmanship and provided exceptional customer service. The kitchen and cabinet designers worked hand in hand with me to make sure that my kitchen utilized my space in the best possible way. During the renovation, the Superintendant was always responsive to any questions and concerns and any issues were immediately addressed. We have shared our experience with family and friends, and for those who have seen the transformation, they are all amazed at the attention to detail and quality that is seen throughout. What really sets Unique Builders apart from others is that you never feel like you are just another client…the team makes you feel like your project is the most important thing they are working on, and the results show. “My repairs consisted of many projects first was repairing cracked foundation due to my neighbor running into my garage along with repairing hardyplank and replacing my fence then fixing inside my garage that also was damaged then they did some outside cosmetic work painting etc the job turned out so nice I had them work on the inside of my house replace a toilet fix my ceiling where my roof leaked some more painting redid the floors in both bathrooms and also replaced the carpet in bedrooms Heather help and picked out the carpet and floors and the colors she picked out were perfect I can’t even begin to tell ya’ll what a wonderful job they did they’re very professional showed up on time and so very friendly I highly recommended Amoraz for whatever your project may be Thanks again Heather”

First and foremost, they were constantly communicating and providing updates regarding the timeline of the process. “RHC pretty much remodeled my whole house over 12 weeks. I had received several bids both higher some much higher and some lower. I felt the lower bids where not listening and under estimating the work involved and I would be in trouble as we went along. RHC listened, was thorough and also expressed a number of good ideas. The team was on time, worked hard, kept everything as clean as possible. Ricky checked in daily and made sure everything stayed on track. With most major projects their was some scope creep due to my wife and I coming up with new ideas, RHC listened gave us the cost of anything additional and were more than fair. There were a couple issues along the way, but Ricky stepped in and made sure everything was done right. In the end they did a fantastic job and I will use them again. The house came out better than when it was new construction. In 30 years in Houston this is the best contractor I have ever worked with. I like working with people who are friendly, fair, listen and communicate. RHC is the only team I will hire in the future. I paid them and I still feel like they did me a favor, I cannot thank them enough.”

“I hired CHI after two people I knew used them with stunning results renovating their respective homes. My wife and I initially used them to "fix" the floor of our master shower. It turned into a beautiful transformation that we enjoy daily and will add to our resale value. Since then we have used them again and will continue to use them. We recommend them to our friends and family. CHI's work is very, very high quality. They stay within a time budget and financial budget and will communicate immediately is anything changes. They are very professional with the sole objective of satisfying the customer. To that end, a job is not complete until the customer says so. Above all, they are trustworthy. I cannot recommend them highly enough!”

“Tulio was prompt to call for the service request. I was able to send him pictures and video of our kitchen hood and backsplash area that needed to be installed and tiled. Though it wasn’t a huge job, he treated it like one and was very professional from start to finish. Provided me a quote that was reasonably priced for the work and provided certification. Scheduled a time and his men showed up promptly and did a quality job! We are very happy with the work and can begin to enjoy the refreshed kitchen! Thank you and we hope to use you in the future for an additional work!”
