“Steve Minchew does an excellent job of making the customer happy! We have only used the Minchews for one project so far but plan to hire them for all of our home improvement needs. We had a master bathroom without a vent fan for 20 years and another bathroom vent fan that wasn't doing the job. They put in a vent fan that is powerful and efficient in both baths, dealing with the ducts in the attic and roof. They scheduled the visit and were timely and charged exactly what was in the estimate. You know that there are not going to be any surprises and that the work will be well done. When we called to question the origin of a stain on the ceiling they immediately let us know that whatever the problem they would take care of it. It turned out that it had nothing to do with their work. We have talked with two other families who are thrilled with the work that was done by Minchew and Company.”

“I worked with this company over a few months looking for a 2nd home that I could also rent out. I shopped around for an agent over a couple of weeks and stumbled upon Joe Folsom in Ellijay. From the start, Joe was extremely friendly, and helpful. He asked the right questions, and then over a 6 month period showed me all the different types of properties that I requested. Joe was very patient and provided me with all the information I needed to make a great purchase. He was not pushy or aggressive like other agents. He was extremely flexible and was willing to show me places whenever I was available. “If I could give Mark and Heather 10 stars, I would. They are so professional, timely, and the work they do is amazing. We bought a new construction home, but wanted to add some character to it. So far they have completed 3 projects for us including a wet bar, shiplap and board and batten. Each project has been better than the last. Mark is quick to answer questions and Heather is wonderful to work with too. Not to mention their son, who worked on the board and batten and shiplap, and it is amazing! I highly recommend them for any project you have, big or small!”
