He was easy to talk to, was careful to explain the process to us and very encouraging. They were very respectful of our home, meticulously keeping the mess contained as much as possible. The professional manner they demonstrated was reassuring as I was home alone with them most often. The craftsmanship is spectacular, I was blown away with how they executed my vision and were able to troubleshoot a few unexpected delays.
