“After interviewing a number of builders for my custom designed home, I selected Curtis Graff of Graf Custom Construction. My decision to do so was based on extensive research into the type of home I had designed and their familiarity with the newest technology. Throughout the project planning, Curtis Graf invested significant time in helping me evaluate the variety of solutions for HVAC, insulation, windows, foundation and other critical components of the available material and construction techniques. I had consulted with other builders that were not interested or willing to discuss these options with me, and basically told me how they planned to build my home, and didn't seem too concerned in what I wanted to purchase. The Graf crew are remarkable. Many of folks working on my home were direct employees and not subcontractors. Curtis Graf was usually on site and got his hands dirty. I had spoken to some builders who never do any work themselves, and I believe that Graf has the right approach. In conclusion, I am delighted with the quality of the home I received and the consideration and attitude of the entire team. They are very responsive to minor issues, even after being paid! I would do some things differently if I were ever to build another home, but would definitely hire this company.”

“The 2 story home I purchased had a first floor load bearing wall eliminated, without consideration to retaining structural integrity. Michael Bruce was consulted for a potential solution, at which time a strategy was defined and clearly communicated, and it was apparent that Michael had the knowledge and experience to quickly access and suggest his recommendations. Michael constructed 2 temporary walls on each side of the area where the original load bearing wall had previously existed. A beam was built on site of steel and wood. The joists were cut and the beam lifted between the joists and positioned on steel posts within the studs of the interior walls. The joists were then attached to the custom beam with joist hangers. The results were successful, and the structural integrity has been restored, The job was performed professionally and cleanly, and finished in the time period and budget that Michael had projected.”
